We were greeted by friendly servers. We were only waiting for our take away but they treated us like eat in guests. The wait was short and the food was great!

I ordered the huevos con chorizo (or is it the chorizo con huevos?). Regardless, it had no flavor. The food was ready quickly but if I can't taste the chorizo I paid for... not gonna give it a second chance. Sorry.

Waited an hour for my order and then on top of that my order was wrong. Max occupancy is 50 people and the place had 67 people waiting inside. Terrible service and food was terrible. Requested a refund and the cashier said she could not give me a refund that i had to call my credit card and dispute it as a fraudulent charge if I wanted a refund. Save yourself a bad experience!! This place is an absolute JOkE

I was 1.) craving a Mexican breakfast and 2.) curious what indy's Mexican breakfast scene offered beyond the spots I knew already. Voila! A little searching on Yelp and La Posada checked the boxes: less than 10 minutes from downtown, budget friendly (meals less than $10), opened at 10am and lastly, was somewhere neither of us had been before. Located on the near west side of downtown, La Posada neighbors several other Mexican eateries and bakeries along with the Central State campus. It's a small casual restaurant with less than ten tables and appears to be a popular carry out option. Beyond breakfast options, you'll find four soups on thmenu Iu, tortas, tacos and so on. The breakfast menu features about six dishes including chorizo chiliquales and huevos rancheros. I especially enjoyed the spicy chorizo chiliquales. All breakfast meals are also served with rice and beans. I'd hesitate to give it a fifth star because the flavors weren't exactly through the roof. Good news is, while visiting La Posada we discovered another spot for weekend Mexican breakfast only a few doors down for future cravings.

Wow! Took a chance on ordering delivery from here without doing my usual Yelp research & was blown away by how delicious the food is! We split a beef chimichanga & chicken fajitas. Best life choice. Both were sooo good. Didn't take pics, but that will be coming soon!

The service excellence and the food was ok. This is a place I'd probably would recommend, because if I recommended it the food would have to be superb.

It's good, don't get me wrong but 2 limes for 4 tacos, is not enough and if you ask for extra lime, it's a problem, and not too mention their lime are always dry, no liquid in it so you can't even enjoy eating one taco with it.

The food was not good at all . Would leave 0 stars if possible. Steak was dry and chewy , way over cooked. The steak torta was also terrible. The near was prepared in a very odd way almost like ground beef but steak. And tasted weird too . Would not recommend 0/10.
