The La Hacienda restaurants in the city are not all the same. I've frequented this location, the Fort Ben location, and the Graham Rd/Binford Blvd location. The Fox Rd/Geist and Fort Ben locations have not let me down yet. This location has a slight edge simply because it's bigger and less crowded. The service is always fast and friendly. It's always clean. The decor is Spanish and the seats have Mexican cities carved into them. I love the Texas Nachos and a frozen magarita. I think I've tried every flavor they offer,lol. The chips and salsa appetizer is good as well. The portions have dwindled down over the years, but what hasn't? The nachos are always full of meat and veggies. Very tasty, very filling, very Mexican.

The Geist location of La Hacienda is a go to spot for my family and I. We've been going there since at least 2015. We absolutely love the staff and the food. The remodeled decor gives off an upscale vibe. I recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking delicious Mexican cuisine!

Chips, margs, queso...what more do you need?!La Hacienda is the perfect spot for great food at a good price. The have daily specials even on the weekend. I went in on a Saturday and got their banana margarita on special. I know, I was skeptical about banana too, but it was really, really good!My favorite dish is the chicken and rice soup. I try to make it at home but they've just got a magic blend of everything at La Hacienda that always turns out better!

This is one of my favorite spots to go to. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. This is family owned and the atmosphere is very casual. The menu is typical for this type of restaurant. They have entertainment on Friday nights. Service is good.

Went to the front desk at time of pick up for a door dash order and the host was rude and said "if it's not on the shelf it ain't ready" - bad place to pick up door dash orders for. It's not ready on time.

Good food, huge portions, and very friendly service. Enough variety on the menu to please anyone in your group.The lunch menu has more than the usual Mexican restaurant lunch specials. Burrito Roqueta, Texas fajitas, shrimp fajitas, vegetarian fajitas, pollo sabroso, chicken soup, and vegetable soup along with the more typical lunch specials. The dining room is spacious, booths and tables are solid. Everyone was happy with their entrees, and our glasses were frequently refilled. A nice experience.

The food here is amazing!You get large portions and the food is very well seasoned!I ordered the Seafood Quesadilla. This has shrimp, scallop and crabmeat, bell peppers and onions all stuffed in a large flour tortilla. This exceeded my expectations!The wife had the chicken quesadilla. The chicken was seasoned and smoky.I ordered a tamale as as appetizer and it also did not disappoint. The salsa is homemade and just the right amount of kick. My go to spot for Mexican in Lawrence TWP.

I've had great experiences at La Hacienda, but today I had a not so great experience! I ordered take out, and the waiter was rushing my order. I asked several times did he get everything and he responded "yep!". And hung up. Well, I picked up my order and it was missing two soft tacos. I called back to let them know, after giggles and side chatter, they told me to come back for my two soft tacos. Got back home...2 hard tacos Customer service is key and they just didn't show up today.

The food was mid at best and experienced the worst service I have ever had I. My life. Waited 20 minutes for our drink orders ti be taken. Food came out quickly and then we never saw our server again. I flagged him down after 45 minutes to ask for the check and boxes. Finally brought the check no boxes. Another 30 minutes flag him down for boxes. Then I have to take our CC over to be charged. Still had to ask for something for my queso. Never had such slow/poor service in my life. I won't be back

I love this local restaurant. The food is always great the staff very connected. Last visit we were seated and the restaurant was empty. We needed a few minutes to order and the next thing it was getting busy. Our waitress just got a table close to us with a small family. We knew she was going to get back to us but the small family was organized and ready to order. Everyone was getting their order placed but ours. Nice ending though.The other workers saw us and helped her out by taking our order. We were able to get our original person back the meal was amazing. Wonderful experience Super yummy!Always a good experience
