I've been coming to this La Hacienda for the last couple of years and it's always great. Food is always made fresh as expected, friendly service and we have a little section we perfer that they accommodate when possible. The manager in charge is very friendly and cares about the customers experience.

This is the 3rd La Hacienda I have been to in Indy. Not busy at lunchtime on a Saturday.Took a bit for waiter to get to us but brought drinks quickly once he did.We had chiminangos and arroz con pollo. Food was quick and HOT.Average tasting but typical for Hacienda. Decently priced.

I enjoy coming here for lunch because it is so afforable. The food is consistently good, the food arrives so quickly you can return to work on time and the service is always great. I think this is my favorite restaurant between the one on West 38th Street because the staff displays more personality, promptness, and checks on their customers often. West 38th still has great food and good service and is still worth visiting. Don't write 38th St off as the differences are miute and depend on the servers' personality. It's just friendly servers that aren't as consistent as Avon.The menu has many of their own specials and worth trying. You'll find all the standard menu options as most Mexican restaurants. My husband loves the Steak ala Hacienda. It has many hot jalapenos which he loves. I do enjoy the chicken ala Hacienda, but you have to request it as the chicken is not on the menu. I have a tendency to lean toward the Chili Rellenos or enchiladas. The tacos are good here, too. Don't pass on dessert as the Flan is excellent.The restaurant has a large dining area with booths and tables. They can handle large groups easily. They is a bar with an additional dining area to the right when you enter. Just let the hostess know you're interested in the bar. In the evenings, especially, you'll find families and various groups having a great time. Sometimes, it's very loud with conversation and laughter. I love to be in a spot where folks are enjoying each other, plus having fun. This is La Hacienda. Good food, great service, and a place where you can have fun. Stop by!

Was very disappointed Always saw lots of cars there so decided to give it a try. I ordered the chicken fajita and everything in the black pan was as black as the pan. I didn't complain because I wanted to give them a chance. It tasted burnt also. Sorry I can't give a better review. I didn't want to reorder afraid of getting the same and didn't really have time to wait for a reorder. The place was decorated cute. To the chef please watch the fajita so they don't burn. I'm afraid I am not the one to post a review for this establishment. I've heard the food is remarkable! And judging by the crowds they have c that must be true. I hate that my mouth is very sensitive to spicy meals so there are so many dishes I can't eat. But you know, there are many things I can make a meal on if I wish. The outside doesn't give LaHacienda justice. You go in and are amazed. The atmosphere is awesome. But I do have to warn you, it's rather loud due to the fact they are so busy. But the staff treats you like you are their only table. They explain their menu and don't make you feel rushed! So I would rap this review up by saying if you like true Mexican food then LaHacienda would be the place to try!!

It's been a few years since I dined at La Hacienda. My daughter and I stopped in on our way home from Plainfield. I ordered the Arroz con pollo con blanco and my daughter ordered the burrito la hacienda. The food was well cooked and plentiful and came with chips and salsa. There was less salsa for the amount of chips they give but with that much food, I didn't even touch the chips and salsa. The chicken was one large breast that was well cooked and the rice was good too. Definitely always a winner in terms of choice!

La Ha has been a go-to for my family since moving to Indiana. They have great authentic food and the atmosphere is wonderful. Everything comes out quickly and the Margs are unbelievable. Would recommend this place to anyone! Service is great as well, they accommodate large groups quickly!

You can't go wrong with Mexican food! I've had La Hacienda for a couple of Catering events but had never been in there. Decided to give them a shot. I will say their restaurant size is bigger than what it looks on the outside!Their margarita flavor options are pretty limited. They had strawberry or mango (that I saw anyways) . She asked if I wanted a large, and unknowingly I said "sure," to which someone at our table (thank goodness) asked the size. 42 Oz! I ended up ordering a 27 Oz medium. I think customers should be told this by the server, instead of just asking if the size is okay. I would've had to be wheelbarrowed out of there! The margarita itself was delicious.For my food, I ordered my usual Mexican dish which is enchiladas Mexicana. Theirs comes with chicken, beef, and beans, but I asked to replace the beef with cheese and they were accommodating. The taste was delicious and the food was hot, and came out quick!We will be returning, as the food, drinks, and price were great. Definitely recommend checking out!

This is a pretty great restaurant. It is located in a strip mall. I honestly didn't even k ow it was here. The food is fast and delicious. The staff is amazing as well. The chorizo tacos are soooooo good. If I had one complaint it is that the chairs are not comfortable at all.
