Klondike Pub

A good local bar. First visit was a weekday before noon. They said they allow smoking but not until after 1:30pm. Space is pretty open and clean with lots of deer and other trophies on the walls. All seating appeared to be barstool height. Food was solid and priced fairly. Prices listed were when paid by cash. There's a small up-charge percentage if paying with credit. I would visit again.

Shucks, I hate rating restaurants like I'm having a bad day but having a hard time adding much up here to a 4 and certainly not worthy of more. Service is too casual, almost absent, use three guys dropped in on a Tuesday evening without much anyone here to find the staff looking at us almost surprised we bothered. Margs were more high school science project, menu looked appealing and given the other reviews we anticipated solid bar food but our app and tacos left us real curious what everyone else ate. I should talk about the food but at the time it was like no one in the place would talk about the food either. Not sure what the goals are here into the future; given the many other high ratings, seems there's good reason to bring in a fun group, enjoy the pool table, and eventually stuff face holes with whatever happens to come out of the kitchen. I'll have to get back soon and see what's what!

1st of all this is a bar attached to a Mexican restaurant and a gas station. There were several sleazy patrons playing foreign music and playing pool the night I went so I'm not sure what type of crowd this places and they may judge my review a bit. The place is a dump in a hole in the wall and the food is below average and you might be better off going next door to the Mexican restaurant. However, this they serve alcohol and is probly the immediate area is very limited for options so this business serves a purpose in the Layfaette , Indiana area I suppose. I still find and I that a gas station would have a bar of right attached to it and only in Indiana can this occur

Abby makes my hometown bar 100 percent still worth coming too. Her service is exceptional, and she remembers my drinks, as they even change on a day to day basis. She is the reason i make time to go out! I don't make it in much on mondays, but Harley is great too! She can juggle tables, drinks, wings, and a smile. Thanks to them I love my Pub, thank you ladies. I will stay coming back

First of all, it's not Irish, except for the owner. Nothing on the menu says or feels Irish. Second, the web postings sometimes say "Klondike Pizza and Pub". Forget the pizza...they're very good when you can get them which is about every 6 months, hit or miss!!! Their burgers and a few other menu items are homemade and very good! Taco Tuesdays are a must do with all you can eat for $4 (that's 7-9 PM at this writing) hard or soft shells but they tend to run out of some key things (like taco shells) if very busy. Their cook is AWSOME and will accommodate as best he can! Staff is attentive and prompt. This would be a real destination in Tippecanoe county if the owners had the inclination or intelligence to promote it...but then it wouldn't be a hidden gem, would it? BTW, it is one of the last remaining smoking bars in the county, smokers, you are welcome (except cigars)!

Fun place went for the first time last night and had great service and good food. The fried catfish was really good and I'm glad I stopped.

Great whole in the wall bar. Owner is super friendly and nicely run. Its a really nice change from the crazy campus bars that are always crowded. This is more of a sit back and relax bar. They have a pool table that is usually in use. Good atmosphere all around
