I came in based on a recommendation from a friend. It is a very large warehouse. Pat came and greeted me as I walked in and told me to let her know if she could be of help. Then she left me alone to look around. Much appreciated. They have a variety of furniture here with all levels of quality. The selection is constant changing based on what the retail store sends them. I was thrilled to find two headboards and a chair I loved. Sadly I needed two chairs and they only had one. I left here and went to the retail store. They had another one of the chairs I liked in stock clearance priced. Pat was able to write up the ticket for all of the items in order to get me a discount. Great customer service. Happy customer.

Been shipping for our new house tans the service is great and the prices make it possible. This is always my first stop when looking for a new piece.

We visited this store in search of a recliner. For an outlet store they have a huge selection and the quality of the furniture beats most furniture stores. We were greeted at the door by Char but then left alone to look until we were ready to make a purchase. By going to outlet we saved a lot of money on our purchase. I will definitely be back if I ever need anymore furniture.

Below Market is like an outlet version of Kittle's furniture store. We saw some nice sofas and couches here, but we didn't buy anything this time. I would say that 70% of the merchandise on the floor is sofas, couches, recliners and ottomans. The other 30% is lamps, tables, entertainment centers and home decorations. When we visited, we were able to walk around and not be bothered by salespeople, which was nice. The sales people all congregate in the center of the store and look available to help, but they don't accost you and try to sell you stuff. They have some really nice pillows here! They are very reasonably priced, too, so this would be a good pillow-buying place.

After trying to adult our hardest when purchasing furniture and coming inappropriately close to spending nearly $5k on a custom sectional, I brought my reluctant SO to Below Market. BM is part of the Kittles family and stocks the bottom of the barrel pieces that are discontinued as well as some of the less than perfect "damaged" goods. Stock can change on a weekly basis, so you may not find exactly what you are looking for on your first visit. Walking into the store, we didn't expect to find anything close to a match. Upon entering the vast space, we were immediately greeted by Tom. He offered to help us with any questions we had, and very much did not have a "in going to stalk you throughout your visit" vibe like our experience at Ashley. After walking around a bit, we saw it - the perfect sectional matching everything we wanted. After sitting in it every which way we could thing, our minds were made up and we grabbed Tom's attention.Tom helped answer all of our questions about the purchase, delivery, warranty, and more. He even helped get us free delivery since we were opting in for insurance. We purchased on a Monday, and they were able to deliver our new living room fixture on Wednesday morning.Delivery was pretty easy - they called the night before to give us a 2 hour window for when they could come by. They originally proposed the morning, but were easy to accommodate a time later in the afternoon. Another call came about 30 minutes before their arrival. The delivery guys were quick and efficient, ready to place our new furniture wherever our hearts desired.I didn't go into Below Market with high, or even mediocre hopes, but left pleasantly surprised. You can now enjoy my reviews written from the comfort of my new sectional, 1/3 of the price that we thought we were going to pay.

This is a less expensive version of the furniture store Kittles. It has a great selection and they get new items on a regular basis! If you want quality long lasting furniture, while on budget, Below Market is the place for you!

Good quality furniture at reasonable prices. I've been here a couple of times and always find something I like. Staff is always friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Ordering process was smooth, and as long as delivery goes as planned, I'll return for more items.

Sales staff does not shadow your every move and they're easy to find when you're ready or have any questions. With Ellen Chrapla's help, we found a very comfortable leather sectional from Bernhardt for under $2,400, which was originally priced at over $6K. Item fits in our family room like a glove! Kids love it and most important, it's a lot more durable than any fabric sectional you will find. Give Below Market a try and consider it as an option for your furniture needs.

Well I have to say the manager at this store might just be the most offensive person I've met in a long time . Soyour kittle is what he called himself. I will no longer be purchasing from them Ever . Though they have some nice staff that work at the location they are clearly to nice of people to be working under this individual. Sadly they just lost over 1500 dollar purchase do to his bad body language and rude tone .

This was my best experience buying a mattress!! Our sales friend (Barb) was so great...listened to us and are specific requests and pointed us both to a mattress that would work for our needs. Truly listened and cared!! Our purchase was a sale...and nearly 60% off retail. If you need a mattress go see Barb and she will find you the best one!! We are sleeping so well.
