King Ribs Bar-B-Q

Stopped by this afternoon after we decided we wanted some ribs. Let me start by saying that the smoke rolling off their smokers smells absolutely delicious and my mouth was watering before we even ordered. Went through the drive through and purchased a couple of rib tip dinners with sauce on the side and some Mac n cheese to enjoy at home. The meat was tender and the smoke flavor was awesome! The mild sauce was a perfect compliment as it was just the right combo of tangy and spice. Mac and cheese was enjoyed as well and so creamy! We will definitely be back. We both ate and still have enough food for another meal to enjoy later. Staff was friendly and quick too!

However, this visit was marred by shockingly poor service. The young lady at the drive-through or walk-up window appeared more engrossed in her conversations than in taking and processing orders. Many patrons, including myself, grew increasingly frustrated as she neglected to address our wait times, leaving us feeling overlooked and unappreciated. Despite this disappointing experience with the service, the quality of the food at King Ribs Barbeque remains undeniable. Their flavorful offerings continue to make it a must-visit destination in Indianapolis, although improvements in service could enhance the overall dining experience.

Great food that's always delicious. I don't live close but am always happy to make the trip. Reasonably priced and always great service.

I give King Ribs Bar-B-Q a five star rating. They get your order right by double checking what you had ordered. The food there is so delicious no matter what you order. Every order is made to order and it's drive thru, it's not always about the speed of getting the order out, it's about accuracy of the order. If you're ever in the area do try them out!

The best pork barbecue I've had in a long time. The mild barbecue sauce is perfect addition to this delicious entrée. I would order it again.

Ok so I been going to king ribs on Georgetown. I go once a week and they have been rude Everytime. I also tip pleasantly. I do have a tough order and they never got it right. Today I decided to try the kings ribs on keystone and I don't regret it. Not only did they get my order correct I had extra extra sauce and my meat was done , no pink, and on top of that one of there employees bizi helped me fix my car. What a service. Never felt so comfortable with employees from a restaurant as I did today. The ladies taking orders were so patient with my crazy order and Leroy who is one of the grillers really took his time making sure my the meat had no pink. I will now always go to this location. Thanks yall. I appreciate the hospitality yall showed my family and I today!!!!

Went to get a large Tip, yesterday asked for hot sause, and got sweet , and the Tips was so tough& so large not happy, but this is the second time this has happem , not too happy.Have a wonderful day.

On 12/14/24 around 4.15p, I ordered a tip dinner with mild sauce, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, and potato salad. I only ate 6-7 tips, potato salad, and macaroni and cheese. I didn't eat anything else after this meal. 5-6 hours later I experienced food poisoning symptoms. I contacted the restaurant on 12/15/24 at 12.24p and spoke to a gentle communicating my issue. He asked apologized and told me to have a good day. I don't want anything from this restaurant. I just want to make others aware and wanted to make the restaurant aware of this issue. I will not eat at this restaurant again and I will spread the word to others.

Drive up or walk up only. No dine in. These ribs are the very best. 5 star. High quality meat for starters. I have always had thick healthy slabs. Perfect smoke. The sauce- regular or hot is awesome. It's a thinner sauce and partners well with the meat. Near perfect spares. The sides are good but I go there for the ribs. Price point is decent. The service is great and helpful. Best spare ribs in Indy and possibly the state ... maybe the midwest. Seriously.

Amazing service. I loved the rib tips. 10/10 would recommend this food will have you in heaven speaking to Jesus himself how good it is. I cannot even say how delightful this food was.
