First visit for a birthday and Kiln exceeded my expectations with both customer service and prices. I usually visit another spot and there is an entry charge along with the charge of buying your pottery and painting it. The pottery is decently expensive but is worth for the time we spend there, using the paints, stencils, glitter and just about every decorative item to make your item look beautiful or customize it as you need. I loved my experience and so did the birthday girl. Will definitely go back!

A few weeks before Christmas my son, his 2 daughters and 2 grandmas spent some time painting "gifts" for Christmas. We had given our name, phone number and email address. We were told were told would receive a phone call when the items were fired and ready for us to pickup. We never received a phone call or email. We went to get our items. Half of them were not there. One piece had been fired on stilts incorrectly. The owner did not apologize. She did not offer any reimbursement. The 3 adults remember her stating she would call when ceramics were ready. We are very disappointed!

They are always so helpful here and it's always so much fun to paint pottery. The place is clean, and recently renovated.The girl who helped us yesterday was very good at doing handprints for the baby boy. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we thought it would be a good idea to make up some gifts ahead of time, and we had a great time making some handprint switch plates for the grandmas.This place is very awesome! I will return.

Ate M. is here for a birthday party. I'm sure she is enjoying it since this is her thing. We'll update what she thinks later on today...

Wonderful experience today! My daughter's birthday went off without a hitch-- very attentive staff, cute pottery, and a private party room! I will definitely recommend it to others!

Went for a GNO to paint peacock bowls. So much fun! They have several organized events also.

I came here with some friends to paint some pottery that we were going to give away as gifts. The prices are really reasonable/typical compared to other places. Sometimes they have specials on the painting fee as well (they also have a check-in deal). They have a variety of pieces to choose from that range in price. They also have a big variety of paint, stencils, sponges, brushes, and puff paint to choose from as well. It is all really organized (which I'm always a fan of). They staff was really friendly and helpful the entire time. There is enough space for you to work, and you don't have a time limit. We had a lot of fun! Great for kids or a group outing.
