I will have to look up what it was called. Crunch thin noodles around side and bigger soft flat noddles and veggies and seafood.

If you enjoy Burmese food then this is a great spot to try!Once you walk in you are greeted by a lovely couple. There are several seats and tables and the space is clean and a fun color of purple on the walls. We were told to pick any seat and given a menu. There were mostly dishes I was not familiar with but there are pictures and names in English (as well as a dialect of Burmese) so you could also look them up for more details. They also had a pre-cooked bar like area where you could get rice and then have the meats dishes on top. We didn't choose that option but I would likely choose that next time as several who came in after us chose from the bar.We chose two noodle dishes that had Chinese broccoli as well as meat pieces and seafood bites. It is not one of the dishes I would have chosen, but given my lack of knowledge I ended up with that as my dish. However it had a delicious sauce and the noodles were amazing (didn't eat the meat or seafood). My friend's dish also had a lot of various options in it and had a good sauce she said.It was a fun adventure and for sure was tasty and if I had know more ahead of time (or looked at the menu ahead) I would have chosen another option. But a nice family owned spot with an Asian grocery next door to explore. I would go back again and try the pre-cooked options with rice as that was definitely a favorite of other customers

Hokkien mee had generous amounts of chicken and some shrimp as well. It includes lots of sauce (fortunately NOT salty) as pictured in menu photo. I recommend it!
