Jug's catered our event at work today. I didn't do the ordering or anything, just the eating. But it was pretty good! We had fried chicken, bbq sandwiches, salad, Mac and cheese, corn, and fried biscuits with apple butter. The guys pulled a truck up outside, cooked all the food, and set it up inside. Everything was set up well and very timely. Although I didn't have any, the fried chicken smelled great. The bbq was pretty good. The biscuit and apple butter was probably my favorite. All the sides we had were vegetarian so they were able to accommodate a variety of dietary options.

Work fed us today! I love to eat for free!Jugs brought us plenty of food today including beef burgers, veggie burgers, hotdogs, baked beans, chips and all the fixings. The veggie burger was good. Rice based, well seasoned. I am not sure if the burger was their receipt or frozen pre-made but it was similar to a Morning Star veggie burger. The burgers were reported to be dry with no much seasoning not juicy and full of flavors like you would prefer but the burgers seemed to be prepared by themselves. The burgers were pretty decent in size and thick. The baked beans had meat in them so I couldn't taste those either but from the feedback given the beans were bland, out of the can taste. The staff was on site to keep things stocked for us. My job kind of took over their job! Lol however one of the staff walked around with their phone playing music that had profanity which was not professional. You are catering for a work event so not only are you representing your company but you are on another company's property hosting their event. I'm grateful for the meal and Jugs coming out!

I've been hearing about Jug's for a couple of years, but never had the pleasure of trying it until a company luncheon today. The green beans were well seasoned & definitely cooked with delicious bacon in them. The mashed potatoes were perfect, not too creamy, but not too thick and were buttery. Let me tell you I now live for their fried chicken. It was meaty & juicy. What makes the fried chicken stand apart from other's is it's breading. It's perfectly seasoned & crispy, but not overly breaded. I was stoked that there were leftovers, but sad to learn there was not a restaurant or food truck. Alas, I will have to wait until the next catered company event to have some more after my to-go plate gets smashed tonight. It's probably for the best as I would gain a ton of weight wanting to eat their delicious food every week.

Biscuits. Apple Butter. These are clearly food groups in Indiana. It's not any experience at the track (IMS - Indianapolis Motor Speedway) without Jug's Catering. Everything is good. It's hard to go wrong, but I think I've found some favorites over the last several years through various events for the Indy 500 or local weddings. I always start with my favorites, but really it just depends on my preference at the time.Roast BeefBreaded Catfish/PerchFried ChickenRibsGreen Beans Macaroni and CheeseMashed Potatoes with GravyColeslaw

This is the top catering place to call in central Indiana for your event, no matter how small or large they can handle it. The cater the Indy 500, Governor Pence, concerts, weddings, retirements, and all types of parties and events from small business luncheons to large corporate gatherings. They cook all the food on site, and have top notch highly trained chefs working for them. They can serve your guests and entire hog freshly roasted, or a variety of fish, chicken, roast beef, BBQ, or anything you want they will accommodate you. They do the entire set up, break down, clean up, and more! The food taste great, and you get what you pay for. The prices are fair but on the upside. The entire staff is very professional staff. The whole pig and fried chicken are my favorites, but it's all great tasting!

Jugs catered our company picnic (at work), and boy, do they have their stuff together! I pulled up at work to see a semi of full of food? Hell yes! They ended up having a buffet line of fried biscuits and apple butter, pasta salad, cheesy potatoes and fried chicken- All under a nice tarped- in area. I almost passes on the pasta salad because pasta salad only ocassionally appeals to me. It's usually pretty bland (and when catered, it's usually more likely). I'm glad I didn't pass up on it. It was filled with so much flavor. It was sort of salty in a good way. Flavorful. Yum. The cheesy potatoes, or scalloped potatoes, rather, were a delicious alternative to mac n cheese. A lot of times, scalloped potatoes end up greasy, but these were nice and thick and really cheesy. And oh! The fried biscuits. Crsip on the outside, matched perfectly with the apple butter. Definitely a fan of Jugs for catering. Sometimes you just don't know what you're going to get. Catered food can be pretty bland, and Jugs was fun, full of flavor and great for teh occasion.

Jug's Catering did all the catering for my high school's honor events for both athletics and academics. Their food is so astronomically good, it was the only reason I would go to what I called the "nerd conventions" and quite possibly the reason why I qualified to attend. Yes, I am saying that their food made me do better in school. Specifically, their fried biscuits and apple butter. It must be the absolute best tasting thing on the planet to savor one of their warm deliciously crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside biscuits slathered in cool rich appley goodness. Truly Inspirational.

Jugs is an amazing catering service. We had them cater our wedding last night and they did a fantastic job. The food was amazing (grilled chicken and BBQ). Several guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. All the food was cooked on site. You have to try the fried biscuits. They are out of this world. The gentleman tht did all the coordinating was very polite, professional, friendly and made us feel very special on our wedding day. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks jugs!

When I saw all of the five star reviews for this place, I couldn't believe my eyes. My company has had Jug's cater for special events two or three times now, and I haven't been impressed with the quality of their food once. In fact, some of it was just down right atrocious and for this being a catering company, I don't see how they can stand by their product with any sort of pride. The first event they served fried chicken. It was only single breaded and had no crisp or crunch to it whatsoever. The second event they catered for thanksgiving and brought out the whole shebang. Potatoes, green beans, turkey, ham, stuffing, etc. for three days they served this stuff and every day the turkey and ham both tasted as if it had sat out in the sun all day. That's how disgustingly dry they both were. Every day it was the same. Over cooked, crunchy and brittle. Not to mention bland and devoid of flavor. The only reason I'm giving them two stars and not one, is due to them having a few tasty side dishes. The stuffing was actually pretty good and the mashed potatoes weren't bad either. The green beans however were bland and tasteless like the rest of the dishes. The people who run the joint seem like decent guys but at the end of the day kindness and professionalism can only take you so far. The bottom line is when you're a company and you're offering a product and the product you're offering isn't good, it's a problem. I would highly suggest they get better at what they do or find people who can actually cook decent food. All in all, I don't recommend them, especially if you're wanting main courses, because their entrees severely lack quality. If you're just wanting sides it might be okay. God only knows why my company hires them every time. Maybe they're cheap. I dunno.
