Jordan's Fish and Chicken

I ordered from here a month ago and I'm just getting around to writing this review. Let me start off by saying that I had a taste for chicken & fish and I was totally disappointed. A person who I know out here (because I'm visiting) recommended this place & honestly I should have just kept my money. I ordered catfish w/ fries & hush puppies & the chicken tenders for my daughter. First of all, I'm glad that I tasted the chicken strips first because they dip their chicken in HOT SAUCE & then fry it. It was spicy! Too spicy for my toddler to eat. I was so upset! Now, on to the catfish. My fish was soggy and falling apart. Not crispy at all! They ended up giving me jalapeño poppers instead of hush puppies! What a total nightmare! Also they put some type of white dust on everything which makes it salty. I will not order from them again while I'm here. Save your money!

Great place to eat if you're brave enough to chill in the less affluent part of town! Greasy, tasty & cheap! True hole in the wall.Slightly hood but that's all part of the charm. Feels like you're ordering food at a pawn shop & the workers are kinda rough around the edges because they deal with many unsavory people. Pro-Tip: the "large" combos will easily feed 2 grown adults, I'm a catfish kinda guy. Bring your food home, the atmosphere isn't the greatest & the crowd is... hood lol, just broil that greasy goodness when you get home!

Had this locations chicken and fish this weekend for a kick back my brother put together and it was good.With these types of foodies, it can be hit or miss. i have had some that was horrible with out the most important part being the lemon pepper crystal crack! We got 50 wings and two pieces of catfish. Everything was on point. Every piece of chicken had the crystal crack on it and was fried to perfection. Nothing was too hard or under cooked. I only wish my fish was cooked just a little longer. I want m batter to be brown.This location is always clean and the staff is not too bad. Not the friendliest but not rude either, they just get straight to the point. I typically am always at this location when I am DoorDashing and they are quick and the food is "fresh" as fresh as we know it to be.I would try this location again for sure.

BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD! ARE you serious... My order was some fish with bones,dry fris, and where is cheese sticko. Gave me fried okra and I really wish I was illrgic to this stuff because I wanted some fried cheese and you gave me so veggie that NO body knows what is. Like what is okra because Oprah would be a much better surprise for sure.

This was a great idea & snacks after picking my grandkids up from school till dinner got started.

Fast and yummy gyros and catfish, I've never gotten anything else. Haven't been to this location in awhile. Be prepared for horrible parking always. The store is tiny and the thick glass makes it hard for them to hear. I always order the gyro meal and the large catfish meal with no lemon pepper. I also add a side of mushrooms. Today they messed up, I order two mushrooms and didn't get the other and they had no seasonings on it. Usually for two meals it's about $20. Good price for the huge meals they give. Other than today's mess up this is usually my favorite little place. My favorite is the cucumber sauce on the gyro. Friendly staff and cleanish front. Freshly made so there's usually a wait, which I don't mind.

Love Jordan's. Went to their east 38th location the other day when I happened to be starving and in the right place at the right time. Forgive me if I'm butchering the spelling it but I believe it was Helmesh who helped me with my order. The friendliest guy I've ever met. Best customer service ever from this man. He made sure I got what I wanted and didn't forget anything. If you don't know Jordan's lemon pepper season is on point. He hooked it UP! There is a nice clean dining section you can sit in if you choose to dine in. Plenty of parking. When you see the pics you'll know what I mean. Jordan's is my favorite wings/comfort food in Indianapolis. I've been going to Jordan's about 7 years now. Will never disappoint, can't wait to come back. Everyone was asking me where I got the food from. When you see the pics you'll understand!

I love the experience I had there food is good people are nice and kind. I will definitely be back to order again soon.

Customer service was terrible!!!! In person & over the phone . The man was mad cause I was asking questions about menu . Tone of voice was terrible, the music was blaring in the background from the kitchen . & to put the cherry on top the employee hung up on me . For what reason I do not know . But a terrible experience! I go to the southside location on keystone all the time & they are so nice and friendly a total different vibe ! I'd rather drive 30 min for good service than 3 min to this place of business!

I called because they got my order wrong and the guy on the phone told me that it is not his fault that the order was wrong and tried to argue with me saying banana pudding and strawberry shortcake is the same thing and that's why it's fine that he got my order wrong, and then hung up the phone on me
