This new location recently opened in my area, and they advertised with coupons. For this location only, I used my coupon for half off of a giant sub. I decided on takeout of a giant sub of #55 big chicken sandwich included provolone instead of American cheese, banana peppers instead of jalapenos, and on (whole) wheat. I believe it was the first time I ate their wheat bread. They have Udi's gluten-free bread with an additional cost.The staff was patient and willing to explore with me the ingredients of the meats.

Ordering online for pickup was convenient and it was ready at the time promised. The food was accurate and included my sandwich modifications. They have two vegetarian options, a cold veggie sandwich and hot portobello sandwich. The cold veggie sandwich on rosemary parmesan bread was great with fresh swiss and provolone cheese. Employees were friendly, even while being busy.

We stopped here this evening around 730pm for dinner. They had a long line and obviously several to go orders. One would have thought this wouldn't have been a problem since they have a dozen or more staff members working at this time. But that wasn't the case. They were all stressed and frazzled and it showed. They were out of all bread but white and wheat. They were scraping the bottom of the containers for toppings and condiments. I ordered a BLT the white bread was dryer than the Sahara desert and the bacon was cold and fatty. I took one bite and threw it away. With so many options for this kind of food I probably wouldn't go back

I wanted to wait a day to write this review. Thank you for opening up your new store. I have been in at least 5 times since you opened. The 1st week or 2 are tough, new employees learning the system but customer service was great. I don't know if it the owner or general manager was in there the 1st week or two ( slightly older gentleman on the slicer) but he was involved and interacted with the customers. Over the last month there was a younger guy primarily on the slicer, real good energy interacted with customers, made helpful suggestions, just a good solid person to have working. He waited on me at least 3-4 times in the last few weeks. I primarily am in afternoons between 2:30 and 4:00.
