Jan's Village Pizza

Been to Jan's a couple of times. We really like their pizza. The crust is a good ... more thin than not ... which is what we like. Unfortunately the last two times we've been, our bill has been incorrect. I don't mean charged for something not ordered. And the employees at Jan's will say our bill was correct. Specifically, the price on the menu that they give you to order from is NOT the price you are charged. We were charged 10-15% more than the menu price (around $4 or so). We asked about this and where told, "the computer is correct". I then asked if they didn't want to reprint the menus. The waitress just shrugged. With inflation, I can understand not wanted the added cost of reprinting menus. But how about taking a pen and manually updating them? Or, posting a sign (they have several boards with messages already)? Or telling the customers? For good faith and customer service, it seems full transparency would be a good business practice. As mentioned we like the pizza and supporting small local businesses. My wife wants to return for those reasons.... Stating now that we know the price, we know the price. For my part, I'm iffy on a return. So, go if you want good pizza but be warned the menu is currently incorrect on pricing as of mid February 2023.

This place is so quaint! They have a pizza buffet at lunch or you can order off the menu. I chose the menu as I had just had pizza the day before. I got the 6in blt sandwich and it came with chips. It was so good! My friend got pizza and it did look amazing! I'd like to go back and try it. And, my lunch was seriously like 10 bucks with an iced tea. Pretty reasonable prices! Parking was available in back or street, but there is a lot of construction right now so I parked behind. Both ladies working were super friendly and welcoming. Definitely a must to check out!!

Tasty and always pleasant service. Ask about their off menu Pickle Pizza! We usually do take out.

Overpriced average quality food. The lunch buffet cost around $15 per person. They has two pizzas and Italian bread on the buffet to pick from. I wished they would have put more effort in to their food.

This place has opened my eyes in this world. Truly remarkable. The service was impeccable the food insanely good. But the thing that really got me was how good the food was this food has had me on the edge of my seat ever since, mouth-watering, finger licking, and once again eye opening. The service couldn't have been any better. Although there was some renovations going on inside. I decided to sit outside. And I'm so glad I did, the little strip of westfield calm but pretty. If I never went to Jan's Village Pizza I don't know where I would be at in my life right now. This pizza has changed my life.

I love this place. Great food and great service. I will never forget during COVID they made to go pizza kits. My daughter loved making the pizza at home. It came with an apron and a chef's hat.

Food was extremely late without warning..And was wrong. I ordered meatballs with no bread and no mushrooms I got both...I'm allergic to mushrooms...Also my pizza was cold and it wasn't because of the driver because when I've heard because when I finally called they told me he had to go 45 minutes out... The pizza wasn't quite right either and it was late in the night so I was stuck with it unfortunately.

Disappointing. May be ok for carry out or delivery but, our dine in experience was lack luster. The food is ok although the salad looked thrown together by a child.

Jan's has top of the line craft pizza. Their menu has the traditional and the creative. And we have loved all of them. But wait, there's more. Kim, the owner, is also so much fun to engage with for new pizza ideas. From pickle pizza, cauliflower crusts and even crustless pizzas, Kim is always willing to be creative for her customers. Jan's Pizza is our go to pizza in a city crowded with pizza options. Thank you Kim and team.
