Jack's Donuts

My favorite donut place in Greenfield! The staff is very friendly every morning that I come in, the donuts are excellent and the coffee is fantastic. I got a doughnut with nuts on it, a Bavarian cream and a cup of their full cup press coffee. There's always light music playing in the building when I come in and always a few locals having conversations. a great way to start the morning.

Yum! Stopped by when passing through town around 11:30am on a Sunday and was fortunate that still had some left. They are SO good. I've only tried the yeasted glaze but I can't wait to dig into the rest. Staff was very friendly and moved quick! Definitely go earlier in the day or order ahead if you want a full selection.

Best donuts I had!!! I was traveling awhile ago from IL to VA and stumbled across this place. Cute and small but homey.

I feel like Boston cream donuts. Jax is by far the best anywhere around this area. My friend at work brings me once or twice a week. It is so good every single time. She States that she gets great service there is well.

Ok, here's the scoop on Jack's: the donuts are solid, there's always plenty to choose from, the price is reasonable, and the employees are friendly. What more can you ask for from a donut shop??First of all, parking is a breeze, meaning you can easily walk in, pajamas and all, without having to trudge a great distance for your sugary treats. Employees greet you almost the instant you enter the door, which always makes me feel great. Who doesn't like to feel special, am I right?Jack's selection is abundant, meaning you're sure to find what you're looking for. One of the big draws for me is that they still make apple fritters (a lot of shops have abandoned these delicious pieces of heaven, because they're so labor intensive). Prices are comparable with similar shops and the donuts are consistently fresh.In addition to donuts, Jack's offers a case of milk, juice, and assorted bottled beverages to drink as well in addition to coffee.

I like Jack's Donuts because it's a back to basics kind of donuts place. You walk into the place, look at the display cases, and pick what you want. They have different styles and flavors at a reasonable price, so you don't break the bank. They have late hours, which I like. However, I'm unsure how much product is available at any give time. A few times I've visited on a late afternoon, and the choices have been somewhat limited due to the cases being half empty. The quality of the options I've had has been great. It's been fresh and has had good flavor. It's definitely one of the options I keep in mind when in the mood for some glazed goodness.

My son brought me donut holes Saturday morning n not very fresh. He had brought a large box a few weeks back and they did not seem real fresh either.

Reasonable selection for afternoon. Donuts more 'cakey' than raised. Thick glaze. Flavorful and different than the chains. Much more mouth feel but still light. Efficient service. Cute cafe decor.

I went to Jack's this morning to purchase donuts for family members that are packing items from a deceased loved one'shome. The woman who took my order was rude. She was the youngest of the three women working but definitely not a young girl. She asked if I wanted a box or a bag, as if I was putting her out. She had difficulty understanding my request for plain iced cake donuts. After adding the rest of my order to the box. I asked her for one additional item in a sack. The sack was not folded over at the top. She crumpled the bag at the top as well as the sides. Once I paid for my items, I requested a new sack(as I didn't want to drop off the sweets in a tattered sack)she literally threw the new bag across the counter and gave me an eye-roll. I placed the item in the fresh bag while she walked away. No greeting, no thank you, just rude!!The other two ladies working were noticeably well mannered and appropriate. The facility is clean and nice in appearance except for the cult of Jehovah Witnesses outside the store with a stand of their literature. Five stars for the donuts!!! 0 stars for the rude woman.

Rude staff... one visit I purchased a soda and when I tried to drink it it was expired and gross. Expired by a couple months, not recently. It was a long time until I visited again and I tried to get another soda. I noticed they were expired AGAIN, and I tried to politely say that the soda was expired. She snaps back at me "I know! That's what I'm going to do after this!!" Like I was supposed to know that? Frankly I don't believe her anyways.Not worth the money, as I'd rather go to the Sweet Shop down 40
