Jack's Donuts

This morning I had a craving for donuts so I door dashed my family a box of tasty goodness. Best decision ever. The donuts are fresh, huge, and having them at my doorstep where I didn't need to even go out in the cold could not have made this situation easier. If you haven't tried Jacks, do it. You can even order a coffee and chocolate Milk. Well done Jacks Donuts!

Don't think I'll continue being a patron of this establishment anytime soon. I saw another yelper's review of the incredibly curt service, and I couldn't agree more. Service is just terrible.They never have my favorite cronuts anymore either. The donuts end up being usual plain items. They're drier than other donut shops in the area. There's no need to spend more here when you can go elsewhere.I went for some donut holes and a dozen the last time I was in to get a selection for my baby shower. It was just an overall unpleasant and unexciting experience to see that they had to offer.

I haven't bought donuts in a long time but was doing a presentation and wanted to give people something to eat for breakfast. Lots of choices and good variety to chose from. I went at 9 and still a good selection. I would like more cake donut options but that's personal preference. Better than Dunkin.

Ay yi yi. To be fair, I'll start by saying that maybe my most recent experience is not the norm. Maybe the incredibly curt person behind the counter was having a bad day. Maybe the people behind the counter usually don't talk to you like they're offended that you're in the store wanting to give them your money in exchange for donuts. Maybe they usually have more of a variety of donuts at 7:30 a.m. on a weekday. Maybe I just visited on the wrong day. I haven't visited in a couple of years. My first visit, I gave this Jack's five stars. It used to be so awesome. They even offered donut-making classes for kids. It was a seriously cool donut shop. But this place is definitely different now, and I don't know what happened. The variety of donuts is a lot fewer. The vibe is less friendly.Unfortunately for Carmel, the only other place to get traditional donuts is Dunkin. This is the only local donut shop in Carmel, so I guess I'll have to start traveling a bit farther for my glazed twist donuts.

Updating my review after several years. I hadn't been here for some time but needed to pick up a box of donuts at the last minute, and the closest donut shop to my destination was Jack's.It was very busy at 9:00 am on a Saturday morning. I counted 15 customers in line ahead of me. The line did move fairly quickly, with several employees waiting on customers.I ordered "Jack's Dozen" which included donut holes. I selected several different varieties of donuts and a mixed bag of donut holes. The price for "Jack's Dozen" was $18.50.Everything was just ok. Nothing wrong with the donuts but nothing special about them either.The long John's are not filled. In fact, several of the donut varieties didn't contain filling. With the exception of one donut (a long john with sprinkles, for a child who loves sprinkles) I ordered all donuts with filling.Actually the donuts look better than they taste. They look delicious but taste just ok.The chocolate donut holes were hard and didn't have much flavor. The other varieties of donut holes were better.There are several donut shops in Indy and surrounding areas that have really great donuts, so I probably won't be a regular here.

Good donuts! Location is easy to get to and there was a decent selection. The sales associate was very honest in her reviews and helpful for a first timer. Got a lot of donut holes to feed my students and they loved them all. Clean and cozy atmosphere but seems more like a to go place. Reasonably priced especially for the area.

Jack's Donuts is a very friendly and inviting place. I received fast and courteous service with a smile. There is a wide and varied selection of donuts and other tasty treats. The shop is clean and immaculate, plenty of room if you wish to sit and eat your treat(s). I have been to many donut shops across the US; Jack's Donuts has caught my eye. If I ever come back to Carmel, Indiana, I will definitely be coming back here again. Give Jack's a try, once you take a bite you'll know why

I had just gotten out of an appointment and was craving Jacks Donuts. I had not been to Jack's in quite a while, so this was good for me to visit this location again. It is just as how I remembered it, and was very clean inside. The ambiance is very good and much more organized than the last time I was here. The donuts are awesome and come in a variety of flavors. The fruity pebbles donut is the best! I was so happy to see that they had gluten free donuts, so I picked up a half dozen of them to take home. The woman behind the counter was very professional and nice and took good care of me, so I was happy to see that! These days I am eating healthy and trying to take better care of myself, but I had to have some donuts every now and then, so was proud to be in the area and pick up some Jack's Donuts. Jack's Donuts are high quality in my opinion and they taste amazing!! They always get creative with their flavors, which I appreciate very much! Everyone should experience Jack's Donuts in Indiana because it is worth trying once. You will not be disappointed!

The donuts are average. Nothing bad, better than what Dunkin is slinging these days. But at Dunkin (or most places) the staff doesn't belittle you in front of other customers, get frustrated when you ask for coffee, or otherwise make you wish you never came in. I've been here several times over the past few months because I'm working nearby. This isn't the everyday experience, but neither is it an anomaly.

We went to Jacks donuts today and they were large and delicious! Very happy to hear they are back to making scratch donuts made in house!! Welcome back Jacks!
