Overall love Jacks donuts! My favorite is the chocolate frosted fluff filled. Frosting and filling is always great sometimes donut is slightly dry though

Stopped in for the first time to grab some donuts and coffee. I was surprised with the selection of donuts to choose from! I would have liked to see more traditional donuts but the price was very reasonable for the variety of fancy donuts they have. The girl working was patient with me as I had no idea what I wanted. I also got two drip coffees that were pretty good. Check out this cute shop!

Poor selection of donuts. All chocolate, Omari's, long johns, etc. Not worth the $20. Instead of putting the remaining donuts in another box the idiot put them on top of the ones and the frosting stuck to the bottom of the donuts. Hardly any frosting left on the donuts that the other ones on top of them. Never again !

Stopped by this new donut shop last week. Friendly helpful staff and a variety of donuts for everyone. Clean and tidy interior with eat in seating or carry out. Owners say they will also be offering a drive thru window as well! I purchased the Jack's Dozen (dozen donuts + dozen donut holes). The donuts seemed a little dry and not as fresh as I would like them. But to their credit, I did pick them up at 1 in the afternoon. Will be back soon to try more, next time in the morning.

Nice selection of doughnuts and can be a bit boujee too. I would have liked to have seen more "traditional" doughnuts in the case instead of the more creative ones. I'd come back but wouldn't go out of my way for these doughnuts.

Not much happens in the town where I live, so a new doughnut shop opening is kind of a big deal. I have since been here many times. Their doughnuts are pretty good, and they have some interesting ones, like bacon and different types of cereal on top of a chocolate or maple doughnuts. I like their vanilla and chocolate tiger tails which is basically a twist doughnut. Their doughnut holes are good too. They have vanilla, chocolate and combination. They even have a small gluten free selection. I think what I like better than the doughnuts is their coffee. I bought one of their re-usable to go cups and get coffee there often. They have a good house blend and they always have a special blend like Cinnamon roll or caramel roll. I drink my coffee black, so it must be good on its own. Most impressive is the customer service. Everyone there has always been super nice. It's always clean and the parking is very convenient. Lastly the cost is very low, especially for how big the doughnuts ar.

My experience today left me never wanting to come back. The worker in the drive thru was rude and unhelpful when asking about the menu. We ordered 6 donuts and only got 5. They also put the donuts in 2 bags instead of just one box which wiped off all the icing and made a huge mess. The donuts also tasted a day old. Very disappointed.

This is a new place. Very good, nice big donuts for a reasonable price. Was there at 9:00 in the morning. There was a nice assortment of donuts to choose from and they were fresh. They have coffee and an assortment of drinks too.
