Indy Trolley

We used Indy Trolley for my wedding day to pick up my bridal party after the ceremony and during the guests' cocktail hour. I was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness of the company when we were inquiring about the services for our wedding day. Our day didn't go as planned but our bus driver was extremely flexible, professional, and respectful. The trolley itself was clean and in great shape and looked lovely in photos!!

Every employee I talked with was polite & knowledgeable. I always got quick responses to inquiries whether by phone call or email. Our trolley was clean & comfortable and fun!Driver D'Wight (aka "D") was professional, efficient, friendly and went beyond expectation. Thank you to the whole team at Indy Trolley.

We reserved the white trolley for our wedding day to seat our 30 wedding party members/guests after our ceremony. The trolley was set to pick us up from the church and take us around downtown taking photos before the reception. A small bus pulled up to the church rather than a trolley. We were told the trolley had broken down. Some of our wedding party could not fit on the bus, so they got rides elsewhere. We used time out of our photo timeline to go pick switch the small bus for a bigger bus. Once on the bus, we were told their speaker didn't work. The company did not offer us any discount since they claimed they "upgraded" us to the bus, after providing us with a small bus after their trolley was not working. We do not recommend ever renting from them-- huge disappointment and a poor decision from the start to downgrade us to a small bus without checking with us at all.
