Amazing, hot delicious food! I found India Palace after attending a near by auto auction. I was looking for India Sizzling as I have went to the north side location and had really liked it. To my surprise, it was closed. Luckily India Palace was just a stones throw away!I stopped in the for the lunch buffet on a Thursday afternoon and even though I was the only customer - the food was fresh and pipping hot. Everything had such deep and delicious flavors. The chicken tikka masala was smooth and velvety with chunks of juicy white meat chicken. The pakora was crispy and flavorful. The gulab jamun was warm and sweet. I'm so glad I stopped to have lunch on this side of town. I will definitely stop here every time I'm on the west side!

As much as I liked the restaurant 2 years ago, I'm quite disappointed this time.I ordered paneer tikka masala, vegetable samosas, chana masala, naan, and mango lassi, and the food was just... not great. The first one didn't have much paneer which is key in the dish and overall tasted bland. Vegetable samosas and chana masala were ok. I have to give credit to chana masala - the portion would be enough for 1.5 people. Naan was far from anything real naan would taste like - it was more of a rubbery play dough than bread. Lastly, mango lassi was totally watered down and fizzy like soda which means the yogurt they used was fermenting for too long (and potentially unsafe). At this price point, you can go to any other Indian restaurant in the area (Aroma, Little India, India Garden) and get much better food.

Based on some other recent reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. Although there was a paper sign on the door announcing their lunch buffet, in fact there was no buffet when I visited, arriving around 1:15 pm on a Friday. However they have an extensive menu and I was excited to try something new.Several tables were already seated, I was greeted right away and seated, brought water and a menu while waiting for my friend to arrive. Service was excellent and the food came quickly. I tried something new for me, an eggplant dish because I'm trying to have more veggies in my life. I went with mild because I wasn't sure how spicy it would be, and looking back think I'd have liked medium spice better. That's always tricky for me when ordering Indian because if I've never been to a particular restaurant before it's hard to judge that.Everything was very hot, and while I liked mine I think it just isn't a dish I'd ever love. My friend did love her dish.The two reasons for 3 stars are that they didn't have the buffet even though signage said they did, and that most of the lights were off and ac didn't seem to be running well, I think the doors were open so while it wasn't stifling, it was a little warm for my preference when dining outside.Lunch prices seemed high to me given the portion size, but that's also hard to judge lately with inflation costs.

I took my kids for lunch yesterday and the food was mediocre , not the hay days of the past , the food was terrible and my younger son and I became ill , with food poisoning from something . I won't ever eat there again , they need to clean it up and the food is terrible and curry sauce are laden with yogurt too thick , not traditional Indian at all
