Hyatt Place Fishers

A little confusing at first - it's a Hyatt Place and Hyatt House all in one big building. The difference? Suites (House) vs typical hotel rooms (Place). The lobby, bar, breakfast and every other area are shared. Unless you're hard-over for a suite, choose the cheapest option. The location of the hotel is amazing - lots of excellent restaurants directly across the parking lot. High end ($$$$) to Shake Shack, brewery to seafood shack. There are a few spas and a couple of shops tucked in and a cute little park. If you're up for a brief walk, there is an IKEA a little way across a relatively quiet road. Our car never left the parking lot. The hotel itself was very clean and all of the front desk employees friendly and helpful. Hyatt usually has one of the best free breakfasts of all of the chains (well, there are those Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls). This particular breakfast bar was exceptional, even by Hyatt standards - all of the fixings for breakfast burritos including several different salsas and HOMEMADE guac. The fruit was fresh cut, not something from a bag or previously frozen and the variety of buffet choices was better than most. The hotel was crowded but the buffet always full. The breakfast staff absolutely shined. Our room was cookie cutter Hyatt Place. I do need to mention the towels - they were so soft and fluffy that it almost felt like drying with a blanket. We opted out of having our room cleaned but had no problem getting extra towels and paper products. We were in town for the eclipse which we planned on viewing from the immediate area. At the last minute we decided to drive a little further south - about an hour and half from Fishers. Honestly, if I had to do it again though, I'd still stay at this Hyatt Place. We really had an exceptional visit.

The reviews are all over the place on this one. Many seem to come from the Hyatt House side. We stayed on the Hyatt Place side. I'm a Hyatt member and I feel like that may have helped us out? Anyway, check in was super busy. They were behind on rooms, but ours was ready within 10 minutes and they let my kids and my husband and I pick out any snacks or drinks we wanted as an inconvenience. The room was great, had all the updated features. The area is amazing. There is a large green space, fire pits, tons of restaurants and shops. A big top golf across the road. There is so much to do! My kids enjoyed the large chess set out front. There are many signs with rules around the lobby which makes me think that some guests are problems (no kids unattended, no outside alcoholic drinks) but we had no issues. We had my kids out late and never heard from anyone. The hotel is very busy. If you're looking for a romantic and quiet get away, this isn't the spot. The rooms were quiet but the lobby was always bustling. The free breakfast was awesome! Such a nice perk. I love the decor and the design too. Highly recommend!

Good location in the Fishers District with many businesses within walking distance. The Hyatt is close to 69 and has a private lot. Right now, (2023) there is construction behind the hotel. I did not notice any loud noises due to the construction. The breakfast is traditional such as bacon, pancakes, potatoes, fruit etc. I usually call the front desk for extra blankets and a crib for our son. The staff member is always timely and friendly when getting our extra items. Anyways this is a great location and would recommend others to book a stay here

Very convenient location, with Topgolf, shopping and restaurants nearby and easy to get to the interstate. The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. I didn't have time for breakfast but it is available.

Really enjoyed our stay at this Hyatt Place/Hyatt House. The location is fantastic! Right off the interstate and close to many restaurants, bars, brewpubs. Our room was large and very clean. I loved the seating area as well as the kitchenette. The beds were comfy. Pillows were a little too hard for my liking. I didn't eat breakfast, but they looked to have a lot of options!Staff were very friendly.I will visit, again!

We stayed a week at this hotel while we attended a wedding in the area. The hotel is in a great area, close to everything you would need. The check-in was painless and the room was very spacious and clean. We were asked if we wanted daily service and we opted out. The hotel is right across the street from Sun King brewery and several other restaurants and bars. On their busy nights several of their guests parked in the hotel lot limiting parking close to the entrance. We figured out that parking on the backside of the hotel got us closer to the lobby entrance. Their were several elevators and we had no problem catching one when needed. They have an indoor pool but we never had to time to try it out. The morning breakfast was very good, they alternated the offerings each day so you get a good selection. The only negative was the cooling system in the room would shut off at night. They have a sensor in the room that signals the system to turn off when the room is empty. Unfortunately, I would wake up at night sweating and adjust the thermostat to get it to come back on. I mentioned it to the gal at the front desk when we checked out and she seemed surprised it worked that way.

Awesome stay here! Very clean, new and modern. The lobby, breakfast and bar area is spacious and very nice. The rooms are well designed and very clean. I'm addition, it is in a great location, surrounded but super cool restaurants and breweries.

Such an amazing place and staff. The rooms were clean. The bartender, Donna was knowledgeable and friendly. She delt with the picky drinkers so well! JoJo is the best!!! Wow!! Y'all are lucky! I don't think you could find any one better than her. I hope she is paid well and feels valued!

Stayed for a week on business. Had items stolen from my room and there was zero investigation or accountability

This is our third or fourth time staying at this location. Room was clean, only complaint was the soaps were empty. Big props to the breakfast crew, they were on point and everything was excellent.
