As you can tell by other reviews, either you love this place or hate it. There is not much in between. They have a decent sized private parking lot that it shares with the other businesses in the strip mall it is located. We had a group of 20 people for a birthday that sat at the hibachi grills in the front of the restaurant. The staff there was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond helping with the birthday. They were also very attentive on keeping our drinks filled.I got the chicken teriyaki hibachi with noodles instead of rice. It was delicious and the chef did all of the usual tricks like flipping the rice in the bowl, the shrimp flip, and the world famous onion volcano. Very entertaining and I am glad my little is no longer scared of the big fire. The restaurant was very clean and my littles really enjoyed the small koi pond with the jumbo gold fish that is in the front under a little bridge. Please do not throw coins in the pond.In addition to their food, they have some savory signature cocktails and frozen drinks. I got a Geisha Delight to accompany my hibachi. It was better than I expected. It was so savory and delicious. I would have gotten another one, but the other frozen drinks looked just as good. For me, this was a decent hibachi grill. I would not say it was the best, but it is a good option located in Greenwood. I would definitely eat here again.

This restaurant Is one of my all time favorites. The employees never fail to make customers feel welcome. The food is always perfection every time. I've never had any issues in my trips to this restaurant. It always feels and looks clean. I 100% recommend if you need a place to go with a group.

This Greenwood staple is always a treat. My nieces beg to go and I usually cave :-). Hibachi artists aren't all created equal, some are more entertaining than others. Food hits the spot, there isn't much better than that salad dressing. Plenty of parking in a big lot. Staff is friendly and it always feels like an event when you are there. Sparkling pineapple for a birthday treat was a nice touch!

There is an odor inside. Similar to a sewer smell from a dried out pipe?? Appetizer shrimp were also fishy. As we walked out, told my husband to remind me not to come back :(

REVIEW AS OF 6/20/2020: I didn't know you couldn't leave more than one review, so wanted to update to share an experience "post covid"... came in to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday with our extended family. We had the little room off to the side of the front door reserved for our party of 10+. Staff all great as always. Our server was amazing and it was his first time having a party this large. Everything is clean and staff wearing masks. This is place is one of my moms favorites and it's the first time I've been in a restaurant since March (aside from carry out). It was very nice to feel somewhat "normal", appreciate the staff making my moms covid birthday special! Hung, other staff, was great and always addressed my mom by her name after introducing himself! So sweet! OLD /PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM 2019ish: Came here for lunch. Been coming here for 10+ years. Normally service and food is excellent and I never have any complaints. I hate to expand on issues, because usually they can be worked out, it just caused delays with our food. With that said, it seemed like we had a new(er) table cook, where many things were forgotten. Our Yakisoba was cooked without the seasoning packets, leaving the noodles very bland. We had placed 2 to-go orders, where the forgot the materials needed to make 2 extra meals while they did ours at the table. Cook went back to get stuff and came back with more rice. Once we got our food we realized that we only got maybe 10 pieces of chicken, if that, and realized they didn't bring the extra chicken that was missing when he went back to get the rice for the carry out meals. Cook goes back to get said chicken and cooks it. Meanwhile everyone is eating their meals, minus half the chicken. We never got the missing vegetables that were also forgotten, but at that point it wasn't even worth bringing it up for a 3rd time. Mind you, it was myself and 4 others at the table. So I was shorted and so was everyone else. They were also out of Coke, which was also random. When half of the bill is paying payportion for the experience of a hibachi- like meal, it was kind of disappointing. Again, I love this place and I'm sure I'll be back, just uncharacteristic experiences today.

The gentleman that greeted our family was very kind. However, the chef that cooked our meal was so rude and disrespectful. I have never experience such a rude chef. No show at all, and constantly giving us a glaring stare of "really?". Spent $190, there, but I will take my hard earned money to an establishment that knows how to treat their customers.

This place used to be great but the last couple of visits make me wonder if and when my family will ever go back. People enjoy the interaction with the chefs and the fun is watching and interacting with them at hibachi restaurants. The only interaction we had w our chef last visit was how would you like your steak cooked. Very disappointing since we went there for my son's birthday and nothing not even the flip of a spatula. The reason you pay 30 - 40 dollars a person for a mediocre cut of meat is the showmanship and interaction w your chef. The place wasn't busy at all either as there were only 10 customers in the whole place and we had 6 in our party. If you are on the fence between here for hibachi or somewhere else I would choose another option.

This place is okay! It's not terrible but not fantastic either. Kabuto is way better as far as food quality and service and about the same price if not cheaper.
