I stopped in here yesterday. I have been coming to this casino for years, since the day it opened. It has changed hands a couple of times and it has definitely been worse. I like the restaurants in here. The high-end Jack Binion's Steak is super good but the price is pretty high. Although if you play enough and your player's card status is high enough they give you a $100 gift card to use once a year and that is when I eat at the steak house. Today I ate at JJ Brew Brothers and had the burnt ends with bbq sauce app and a Malibu and cranberry. The bartender was friendly and attentive without being overly so. The food was pretty good, maybe a bit too much sauce and I like my burnt ends a little more done but overall good. If you play often they also offer gifts and this was one of those days. I picked up a new air fryer. Costly little thing in the end I don't win all that often in this place and prefer to travel to their location in Anderson. With this being 20 minutes from my home I will continue to go and play.

Beautiful casino with lots of machines. Nice to have live people at the tables now instead of internet controlled tables. Can smoke in here. Great steakhouse inside. Lots of parking. You have to walk a bit to get to the front entrance if you don't park in the garage. They have ATMs. Free soda machines available. There is a lively bar in the center which had a live DJ this sat when we went. The people were very nice

I was here for an event and not to gamble, so take that into account. They hosted the event well. The food was decent, and the service was flawless. I was told that this is one of the most profitable locations for Caesars, so I am not sure if that is good news or bad news if you are a gambler. It does draw in enough of a crowd where that could go either way.

Absolutely the tightest slots in Indiana, bad layout, half the machines buttons are broken, dealer always wins.....DO NOT GO HERE. You'll lose every time.

We went to Horseshoe to see Eclipse 2024. It was my first time there. It was opening day, and they tried to make it a memorable event. They gave out Eclipse glasses and a limited number of collapsible chairs. Horseshoe is not an attractive track. There's a casino, a bar, no restaurant to speak of, other than upstairs where there were also some seating behind glass to watch racing. There were food trucks, only one of which was decent enough to consider, Mel's. Mel runs the track kitchen. I had an excellent catfish sandwich. All in all, we had a good time. No. 30 on the racetracks I've visited across the country.31

We visited Sunday early evening to meet friends. It didn't appear anyone had removed trash or emptied ashtrays for a while. Frankly it was nasty. Ashes all over the place: floor, chairs, slot machines and cup holders. The bathroom was clean. The brew restaurant was fine. A bit smoky but very under staffed. No low top tables were available as that section only had one server. I ordered a loaded baked potato. Let's say it was VERY baked and swimming butter. $4.99 for a soda!!!! Crazy. I was at Red Mile in KY last week. Red Mile had people cleaning everywhere. The restaurant did not charge for sodas. More ticket exchangers and they actually gave your coins. Returned Monday to watch a friend's horse race. The casino was a bit cleaner and much less crowded. I don't think I saw anyone making an attempt to pick up trash or clean the slot machines. It just feels dirty. The track was nice. Our friend's horse won so that was nice. The man in charge of the paddock was rather nasty about letting owners in the paddock. Said to report him and spell his name right. It was very strange as none of the owners were making a big deal about it. Maybe he was having a bad day.

The smoke in here is unbelievable! Not sure if the ventilation system isn't working correctly, or what. The non smoking area is a joke - have to walk through the smoke to get to it, and there are very few games. Should be like casinos not in Indiana and set up a closed off area for smokers!! I'm surprised the employees put up with it. Aside from that, I've never won a payout here and get multiples elsewhere. Even worse since the remodel. But, won't go back because of the smoke.

Don't mind the negative reviews. This is a nice casino with plenty of tables, slots, and food. I was in town on business and will definitely come back in the future. I especially liked the self serve drink station. The only negative for me was the smoking inside. It didn't smell strong but definitely there. Other than that, it was a great experience!
