This burger joint is a neat little place. It is part of a small chain of restaurants.. This is the only restaurant in the chain that does not have a dining area mainly due to it being in an old Rally's resturant. They only offer walk-up or drive through service and they have a a couple of picnic tables with pop-up shelters over them if you want to avoid eating in your vehicle and eat there. You will find some outdoor furniture in the front of the store that you could probably also eat at, but there is no table there to sit your food though. They serve salads, chicken , fish, hotdogs, and of course burgers. They have an exotic line up of burgers to choose from. The woman working the window was very friendly and helpful.I ordered Mama T's Favorite Burger Combo with a side of fries. I also go some of their strawberry deep fried donuts to top off my meal. This is not fast food. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my meal after I had placed my order. The burger was pretty good. It was unique, flavorful and very tasty. The fries were decent to average. As for the fried donuts, I got 5 donut holes with strawbeery syrup sprinkled on it. It was not what I was expecting, but it was ok. I would probably skip those next time. All in all, I had a decent meal that I enjoyed. I would definitely eat here again.

The food was better than expected and I'm glad that they have cajun fries. But for the price, I'd rather go to Five Guys. Costs about the same, and you actually get more food. Overall, decent burgers and the fries are simply, okay.

We tried it not long after it opened on south Keystone Avenue, because we wanted to try "Louisville's Best Burger" Why not?Let me tell you why. The burger was basically tasteless...no seasoning. The fries tasted exactly like they looked and smelled...horrible! We should have been more attentive. They are NEVER busy, like almost every other restaurant is, especially right after their grand opening. If that's the best you have, Louisville, you can have it back! Avoid this place unless you are into crappy food.Signed A Hoosier with a pallet

The food was greasy and the fries was old soggy and greasy. 2 combos for $27 was not worth it. the ruben burger was so over cooked it was almost chewy. my wife's was the same way. It looked like they cooked them then stored them to reheat. I usually give places 2nd chances but my stomach it can handle it.

I had the best experience this evening. The young man who took my order was incredibly kind and very polite. It made my day and put a smile on my face. The name on the receipt was Lachard H. Thank you sir, I hope other's can learn from your example!!!!

We have been twice to Homerun Burger now and let me tell you, this is now our go to place for a burger!! Fries aren't our favorite, but we like crispy krinkle fries. The service is friendly and quick. The food takes a little bit longer because it's cooked fresh and to order. Not like other fast food places that have burgers waiting under heat lamps. I encourage you to give this little place a chance for yourself.

So we tried Home Run Burgers and Fries last night and I have to say, it was a total strikeout. Don't waste your money. The burger was very very thin, the bun was super dry and crunchy, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting around forever. Soggy and no salt/flavor and the cups of them were half full. Chicken tenders were horribly overcooked and hard to eat. Chili cheese fries not good either. Like they were covered in Velveeta and Van Camps canned chili. From my take, they are trying to compete with Five Guys, both in their selection of food and their price point. (Let's be very serious though, everything is expensive now ) All that said, however, it was still better than Between The Bun/Smash Daddies
