What a horrible disgusting experience all around. First not super friendly staff, got to my room and it was dirty everywhere, it was late so I didn't complain since it was only a place to sleep for 1 night. I told the lady the next morning before I left about it and she said to send the pictures I took to an email. I did and they never responded at all, I waited weeks then they want to charge me double for everything. That's when I called and told them everything, they told me every excuse in the book, told me they would fix it so I waiting another week, got charged again! Call AGAIN and more excuses and lies from them. Nothing changed the next day so I had to CALL AGAIN! Finally a month later I got my refund!

We liked this new hotel a lot. It was clean, spacious and the amenities were nice. There is plenty of seating, the pool was nice and they have complimentary breakfast. Overall a good stay though seeing the previous review, I would also mention that we also had a random night of many cars doing donuts in the parking lot. Seeing this review makes me think this is actually a pretty frequent thing, which should obviously be addressed by management.

Normally I have great experiences with Hiltons; I'm an Honors member and my family and I love this chain. This brand new hotel looks lovely and the beds & bedding are great! But we had terrible sleep both nights we stayed here, management offered us nothing as an apology, and specifically said there's nothing they can do to help future guests avoid the same problems we had (even though they totally can), so I don't recommend this hotel. Our bedroom faced the parking lot near the highway and we were awoken the first night around midnight by a large pickup truck doing squealing donuts in the lot!! It lasted a few minutes and stopped, so we went back to bed. But on our second night, it happened twice more after we went to bed at 11pm! This hotel has a very large parking lot and there are a lot of large pickup trucks parked there (I took a video but can't post it -- I will post some pics instead ) - I wonder if local truckboys are using this as a recreational area to gather and show off? Anyway, I called down to the front desk after we were woken up for the second night in a row, sometime between midnight and 1am. I was told other guests had already called down. The night manager said she'd call the police. But then the squealing and donuts happened AGAIN at 1:50 am (note the time stamps on my photos!), and I called down again, and the police weren't there yet. My daughter and I had to be out of the hotel by 5am for a 7:30am flight, so we only got 2 hours of sleep that night, and we did not get a single night of uninterrupted sleep here!If this were the only issue, it would be NOT IDEAL but maybe a blip, right? But (1) when we were checking out at 5am I asked the night manager about getting some money back because of our bananas experience with the noise and its interference with our sleep -- the most important part of any hotel stay! -- and she took all my information but DID NOT forward it to her manager like she said she would and nobody contacted me; (2) when I called the hotel again 2x and eventually spoke to an assistant manager, she told me that because I booked through Expedia, Hilton could do nothing for me (presumably not even award points).I'm really surprised that the hotel that wrecked our sleep two nights in a row could find no way to make it up to a loyal customer. But what I'm most worried about for others and the main reason I'm leaving this bad review is that the assistant manager said there is nothing they can do about the noise in the parking lot if guests do not call to inform them about it, because this lot is on the other side of the building from the night manager, and because it is a shared lot.Potential future Hilton guests, this is bananas! Hilton can certainly install cameras sufficient to monitor whether monster trucks are doing donuts in their parking lot at 2am to ruin the sleep of their guests! They can also install noise filters there to check for excessive noise! There is an ENTIRE WALL OF ROOMS that goes up many stories that is subject to these ridiculous parking lot noises in the middle of the night. Hilton should definitely NOT be waiting for dozens of their guests to be awoken from sleep and inconvenienced enough to groggily call the front desk before they handle their parking lot noise problems. (And by the way, I DID call down to the front desk, TWICE!) Gentle readers, lol, I would not stay here until they get these noises under control, because again, a good night's sleep should be ASSUMED when you spend money on a nice hotel room. One final warning is that there also was a surprising amount of highway noise coming into our room, even when the monster truck wasn't rattling the windows. There are three or four different hotels in this business park and I wonder whether any of them have better noise insulation.Overall: The beds and linens here were great, the breakfast was good, the check in was fine and the room was generally nice. This would have been a good review but for the noise and resulting customer service problems. The level of noise at night was just not acceptable, and when raised with staff the response was not what I would expect from a Hilton. Our sleep was interrupted both nights we slept here, and management did not solve the problem and apparently has no intention of solving it for future guests, either. Maybe the monster trucks were just a one-weekend thing? Future guests will say, I guess. Good luck!MoreDate of stay: June 2024

OMG. THE NIGHTS ARE RUIN BY BRIGHT FLASHING LIGHTS ON THE CEILING. This hotel is brand new. The rooms are spacious. WORKOUT facility has plenty of equipment and it is very clean however, if you stay near the highway, which is 75% of the rooms you'll be up all night with squealing trucks and sound, but if you read the other reviews, the biggest issue is the rude staff which you can also deal with. THE SMOKE ALARMS, two in every room, BLINK BRIGHT AND SHARP GREEN ALL NIGHT LONG.
