We had to cancel a stay 3 days before our arrival date due to a medical issue. Since it was past the 5 day cancellation period they charged me a full 250 dollars unless I sent them a doctors note . Medical is something that happens unexpectedly. These scum I talked to on the phone were so rude and wanted a doctors note like I was 5 years old. That shit is private. I'm posting something about this every day for 250 days. A dollar for each day they took from me. FUCK THE HILTON

We stayed the weekend of Thanksgiving, Wednesday thru Saturday. We were told before arriving that the pool was functional. When we arrived Wednesday we were told they were doing maintenance on the pool and it would be open the next day. Thursday there was a sign on the pool door that the pool was open, but the heater was non functional therefore the water was cold. "We could swim, but the water was cold"! To me that's ridiculous! Who wants to enjoy a swim in ice cold water! Our 2 year old nephew was with us and our teenage nieces who were really looking forward to the pool. Sadly we had to find alternative things to do with them! I'm really upset at the fact that we were blatantly lied to by the staff about the pool being open! We're charged a price that includes the pool. When we checked out, nothing was done to compensate us. We got a few silly points to stay again..... well guess what? That's not happening!

This location is in a great location. You can walk to some local dining options like Bru Burger and even to Meijer if you want to cook in your room. Some of the other reviews were a bit old so I wanted to address that the breakfast buffet is mostly back to normal. They do have omelettes and breakfast sandwiches but no sausage or bacon or other breakfast meat.The room is modern. The temperature in the room never was quite perfect and the blankets were thin but the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Also, this is the first Hilton property I've ever seen with streaming services on the TV which was a big plus.The gym is definitely usable. Not the most modern equipment but it gets the job done.They do have two EV chargers although one of them has been broken for months.I would definitely stay here again and if I had to be somewhere for work and didn't have a car, this would be the ideal location given the grocery and nightlife options in walking distance.

My Apple earbuds were stolen from this hotel . My husband had just bought them a week ago. When I left the hotel I arrived at home and realized I had left them on the bed. I called the hotel they said no one had located them . I filed a police report because the location of my earbuds were showing they were still at the hotel . I called the corporateOffice , they filed a report . Until this day no one has notified me or bother to ask for the screen shots I took. Which tracked my earbuds back to the area I left them at . I will avoid staying at any Hilton properties in the future . I am a Hilton honors member . I won't ever trust their staff .

Honestly, it was more like a 4.5 stars. We quite like it here, but the few things that drop the score for us definitely need some attention. The bathroom doesn't have a fan. We've never stayed anywhere that didn't have a bathroom fan. Turns into a tropical rainforest in there during a shower. And not in the fun way, that's for sure. More like a Vietnam war movie. And the big stile is the breakfast. In a word, rubbish. Absolute garbage. We'd be happy to pay for a real breakfast if there was a little restaurant in its place. It would be better to simply not offer one at all, if that's what you're going to call a breakfast.Obviously I've offered some harsh opinions above, but we really are quite pleased overall with the rest of our experience. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. Great shower. Close proximity to all that Carmel has to offer. And most importantly, and very comfortable bed, which has become increasingly rare these days.

Solid hotel with clean nice rooms and management that is working within the restraints of a not so great brand and poor corporate management. Every Hilton brand seems to be hiding behind COVID to continue offering crappy packaged food and non-biodegradable dishes. Styrofoam? Really. Bob Evan's corn infused breakfast sandwiches? Three day old boiled eggs. It is clear the management knows this as they are trying to provide eggs in ziplocks for people who can't eat Bob Evan's crap. But it doesn't seem to be a corporate decision. It's a local management one.

If I can, I stay at Home2 and was happy there was one in Indianapolis, especially when we travel with our dog. We checked in late, our room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. We slept soundly, including our pup. That morning, we discovered that our shower head leaked down the wall, under the paint, and had likely been doing so for a long time as the wall was crumbing. Yuck. Next was breakfast. We ate outside since we brought the dog. One reason I like Home2 is because of the breakfasts. I think I need to rethink that because breakfast here was not great. They had precooked, old, and rubbery omelettes and breakfast sandwiches where usually one has to microwave the food yourself. (I loved those breakfast sandwiches...) Staff was friendly. Exterior was fine.

First, please know that my wife and I are Hilton Honors Members. We deliberately stay at Hilton hotels whenever we travel.My wife, kids, and extended family had a wedding in Indianapolis for the weekend and were told to book here as there was a block. Unfortunately, this will go down as one of the very few reviews I've made where I have to urge you to take your business elsewhere. It starts and ends with the staff. Kennedy was the front of house manager. We checked in at 8pm on a Friday. Of course, you expect it to be a busier night for checking in. After an hour wait in line with 20 other individuals, we finally made it to our room.We were in our room for 5 minutes when we got a phone call complaining of noise. The unprofessional staff made passive aggressive remarks like adhering to a three strike policy and being kicked out of the hotel. I assure you, we were silent. After the second phone call, when we arrived back to our room only 2 minutes prior after swimming, we encouraged the woman in front to come up and hear the noise we were hearing to confirm it was indeed not us. She rolled her eyes, walked away, and said "we'll be in touch if I need you." It was at that moment we booked a new hotel, escorted our children out of the hotel and brought our business elsewhere. The woman in front called her manager and the manager was just as rude. DO NOT STAY HERE. The only silver lining is that we got a full refund.
