Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis South/Greenwood

My family and I stayed one night while passing through Indy. The lobby and sleeping quarters are nice, however we did run into a few issues. One being the very outdated tv system, ended up calling the front desk twice to resolve the issues but each time it would turn to static or "no signal" after the attendant left. The bathroom was our second concern. There is no vent in the bathroom which leads to excessive steam and slippery tile! The lip on the tub is about a 1/2 in rubber piece that does no good. Both myself and my elderly uncle slipped while exiting the shower but managed to not fall. My third and final issue is the extremely muggy hallway in the 100's rooms due to the pool. I think there is definitely room for improvement, hotel should not cost more the 80 a night w these issues.

We got here real late due to a very late flight. When we walked up, the front desk clerk was super nice. She gave us our key and we went to our room. When we walked in, the room was big and nice. They gave us a welcome basket with a sweet card in it. That was sweet. Air conditioner worked. Overall, I'd stay here again.

Clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I would recommend staying at this location.

We are in town for a family wedding. This newish, 6 month old hotel, was on the list of places to stay. It's nice, very clean, nice layout. Rooms are ok. Bed, pillows are comfy. Slept well. I wish they had showers in the pool area.i would stay again, I recommend.

Stayed for 1 night while traveling for work. Staff was great, and the hotel is clean and modern. I enjoyed my stay. Lots of dining options around the hotel as well!

Checked in for a four night stay and experienced pretty awful customer service. I checked in and went upstairs to find out that my room keys wouldn't work. I came downstairs, they apologized and swiped them and told me to try again. I tried again to no avail. They sent me back upstairs to attempts yet again after swiping them, and they actually worked. The next morning however, they were back to not working. They kept asking if I had them near a phone or magnet, to which I always told them that I had them in separate pockets by themselves the entire time. Finally after the fourth or fifth desk visit, a nice employee named Laura said she would ensure that maintenance fixed it. Three nights into the stay they finally figured out the issue with the lock mechanism on the hotel room door and I was able to scan in (still took a few attempts, but it eventually worked).I should also note that the carpet flooring in the room felt very sticky to the touch and definitely needs replaced. Other than those two annoyances l, the hotel was very clean and nice. Without the key issue, I'd give them a four star rating. Plenty of hotels next door to stay at next time.

We loved this place! The staff were friendly, the food was great, the rooms were quiet and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub was the shiniest one I've ever seen! The location has a lot to offer too. They also have a great dog walking area! Highly recommend this facility!!!

Walked in close to 9pm after issues at different place across town. Rob and Aria were so kind and quickly checked us in. Gave us the run down on breakfast options. Nice, quiet rooms. Could use a dusting but otherwise clean. Beds are decent. 3 star due to dust and AARP rate no different than no AARP rate. Would stay again.

This property is 15 yrs old, but nicely updated with super friendly helpful staff. Very convenient and comfortable. Absolutely the cleanest hotel I've ever been a guest at. The housekeeper actually moved furniture to clean behind and beneath in the room across the hall. I got the impression this not a one off but how she cleaned ever room. ATTENTION MGMT..GIVE HER A RAISE BECAUSE SHE IS PRICESSLESS. Please fix the fireplace in the lobby.

These people kept charging my card for things they could not explain and told me to dispute with my bank. Never seen anything like it. pay cash don't give them your debit card. Sent email to General manager never responded.
