Had dinner here on my layover. It was a little pricy but it was late and I didn't have to go that far. Server was super nice. . . maybe cause there were only two people in the restaurant. Not really. He was very nice and helpful. I had a ribeye with a Cesar salad and mashed potatoes. It was a lot of food and I took most of it back to the room to have for lunch the next day.

First beware of the street leading to the hotel. It is like a mine field with pot holes that will swallow your car. I spent my evening replacing a tire. After that experience I needed a break. So off to the hotel bar. To my surprise beers at the bar are $8 for a domestic beer! Sticker shock! Probably should have a price list somewhere. I had 3 rooms reserved. They wrote the same room number on 2 of the key cards. Had to go back to the desk with keys that did not open the door matching the number on keys. And the air conditioner in the one room was broken. Since they were sold out they could not swap the room so they brought a broken fan. Overall horrible experience. Very disappointed and expect more from a Hilton property.

I love Hilton, but if I have one complaint it is that most of their hotels have been "upgrading" their beds and have really hard beds now, so sleep is not always the most comfortable. This hotel had an incredibly soft bed. I could not believe it, but it was of great quality like they all used to be, and I hope it stays that way (and that more follow suit).It was also nice because the room had a cabinet with a Keurig, microwave oven, fridge, and good selection of coffee and tea. The market/shop is next to the front desk, and surprisingly is open 24/7 (we got in after 1 AM, so this was very helpful). Most places understandably have regular shop hours, but since it is basically just a stand and you have to pay at the front desk anyway, they keep it accessible around the clock. After flying all day and everything being closed, grabbing some frozen pizza and being able to warm it up in the room was fantastic.Breakfast was good. Nothing particularly spectacular, but nothing to complain about. The main thing that stood out was the service. Technically it is a self-serve buffet, but the staff was great about offering to help serve food and checking in if anyone needed anything. Those little touches go a long way.Lastly, I love the setup for the gym. In some hotels the gym is in an awkward spot, so I can feel a bit uncomfortable going alone, but this is right off the elevator while still secluded enough so you don't feel like everyone is staring as they walk by.They do partner with another Hilton and Holiday Inn nearby to run an airport shuttle. Just call ahead of time to check on times, but it seemed like it runs regularly, and the driver was friendly. It is definitely outside of the main part of the city, but if you want the peace and quiet and don't mind driving into the city, or if you are just passing through, it is a great location.

We were here last month for dinner. We opted to stay at the Hampton Inn (a Hilton sister property) next door for the night before leaving IND on an early morning flight. On a very cold winter evening, it was either here or another burger-themed restaurant a few minutes drive away. We'll try that place the next time and because of the cold, we drove to the Hilton Garden Inn instead of taking a short and very brisk walk. Hilton Garden Inn Lobby dining is not fancy, but they did the job that night for me and Gayle. Beer, Wine, and a shared entree was all we needed. The food was very good and our service was stellar.

They were slammed for the eclipse. Only one server working the restaurant - Stephanie is a rockstar. She was doing everything except the cooking. Everything.The hotel is clean and convenient.Will I return? Yes.

I don't usually frequent Garden Inn's but after getting jacked around at Atlanta's airport I actually missed my first flight and had to cancel my first hotel because I was told I wouldn't make it to Indi. I actually changed carrier and was able to make it just before midnight and found this hotel after landing and wow I was shocked when I walked in. The lobby was super clean and the staff were very accommodating and had me in my room. The king room was very clean and I was tired and passed out. One thing about this location I noticed is how quiet the rooms are & anymore most are paper thin walls and u hear everything. The shower was decent with hot water and hey that's always nice. Checkout was fast and the made to order breakfast was awesome. I would highly recommend this location for sure AA++

The late night staff at this hotel is awesome. They rescue stranded airport travelers without missing a beat. The shuttle drivers are extremely reliable even in the wee hours. In good hands staying here.

This review is only for the restaurant, as I did not stay at the hotel. However, the restaurant was so good that I felt that I had to write about it. If you are in the Indianapolis airport area, do yourself a favor and eat here at the hotel's restaurant. We ate there twice, and both meals were excellent. We tried a variety of items and all were good. Airport area hotels are not often known for good food, so this was a treat. If I lived in the area, I would definitely return! In addition to the delicious food, we had great service, both from Linda on our first evening, and Manuel on our second. Thank you!
