If you didn't preorder your Thanksgiving rolls, you missed the boat. The rolls were baking when we arrived and the intoxicating smells of buttery bread filled the air. A steady stream of customers were picking up their rolls. We came for donuts. The selection was limited, but it was late in the morning. The cake donuts filled with custard caught my eye. They were topped with chocolate glaze. They melted in my mouth. The custard was so creamy. The bakery is locally owned and operated and wins awards for best donuts. But you've got to get in there early for the favorite glazed yeast donuts. There is plenty of parking in the lot. No seating inside, but there are a couple tables outside.

I've tried their donuts for the first time and their are pretty good. The service was fast. The staff was friendly and the ambiencewas nice. It was very spacious inside.

So it's hard for me to give a star rating because we came after the post-eclipse rush (and Hilligoss didn't have much left), but I also wanted to share the photos. Given the one donut I had (raspberry filled), it was definitely better than your standard fare - good quality, maybe a little sweet but more personal preference, maybe a little small but overall a solid donut. I had a taste of the oatmeal raisin cookie too - which tasted homemade with the nutty oat flavors and a bits of salt - I could see it not being everyone's favorite but still a good cookie.Definitely didn't expect the place to be so sold out so early (as it seems many reviews are saying), but the eclipse crowd probably definitely contributed to the shortage. Happy for the bakery though :)

They take cards now! I have only been here a couple times, so I might be behind the times. The first time I visited, I had no cash and had to leave empty-handed. Today I got a cheese danish, a cinnamon swirl (could be calling incorrectly), a glazed cake donut, a brownie, and milk. The danishes are decent-sized and have a good quantity of cheese filling on them. All of the donut-ish items I got were nice and light; not too dense. The cinnamon swirl could have had a bit more cinnamon, but still good. The brownie was pretty good, but not the best I've ever had. I received everything for under $12, which feels a smidge pricey, but what isn't these days?!The shop itself is small and dated (which does give it a homey-feel), but the pastries look nice enough, so it's fine if you're just picking things up.

This place is so good. Their donuts are always made fresh. And you can order rolls for holidays. Pro tip. Get there early. They do sell out!

I was really excited that I was finally make it to Brownsburg to check this place out. However, all I was served was a big old heaping of disappointment. I got there around 2PM, 4 hours before they close and their display case was empty. They had a few donuts and a couple of Danish left. Well, since I was already there, I opted to get something. They donuts did not look very appealing at the time, so I got two Danishes for $4.The guy that was working there was friendly enough and the place has a parking lot that it shares with the other businesses in the plaza that it is located. They do not have indoor seating available, but they have a decent amount of tables that you can sit at on the patio area in the front. The two danishes that i got were pretty good. I wish I had more of a selection to choose from though and not whatever they had leftover from earlier in the day.I understand that you don't want to waste any goods, but they should either have a wide assortment of goods available until close or adjust their hours to close early.

Best doughnuts in Indiana! But you have to get there within 2hrs of them opening as they sell out fast!I can't even say what to get here, they are all just absolutely delicious. My favorite is a just randomly grab a doughnut and you'll be happy as long as you're not allergy cursed.They almost get 5 stars! Only reason I can't give them 5 stars is they don't make cronuts or French crullers.

Lots to choose from on this rainy Monday morning! Greeted right away. They are always very friendly and helpful! Quiet atmosphere today as the rain seems to have kept everyone inside. Love the cream cheese donuts! Where else can you still get a fresh flaky cream cheese donut & a medium cup of Grog coffee for only $4.64??

Some of the best donuts Ive had in the area. I got the lemon filled and creme filled powdered donuts; soft and delicious. The staff were friendly and greeted me upon my arrival helping me pick out my donuts as as first time visitor. The ambiance is very home like. Highly recommend!
