Inside the Amp you will find Healthy Soul Indy and boy is it good! I had a meal with quinoa, grilled squash and broccoli with beef - hit the spot! The owner even came out and commented that she loved we were making vision boards for the new year, very sweet! This is a food hall but for a Wednesday night, it was quiet with patrons coming and going.

2 stars.I made the mistake of ordering the beef n broccoli that I saw online. The beef was so chewy that I couldn't manage to break it down enough to swallow. It reminded me of that cheap Chinese food beef. I'll pass. The pictures online are beautiful! The actual product you receive does not mirror the online marketing. If you eat with your eyes like I do, you'll be disappointed.Beyond the food, I was truly disappointed by the service I received from the owner. She was not welcoming nor gracious in her greeting. After patiently waiting for several minutes for her to finish organizing the counter, she turns to me and says, "Are you going to order?" Well, yeah!The menu includes several sauces that can be added to your bowl. I asked for mine to be on the side and was told that wasn't possible due to not having any plastic ramekins. So, I asked if I could taste it before adding it to my food and, again, was told "no". She shared that she doesn't allow samples because she doesn't wish to purchase the spoons or portion cups and cut into her profit. (And Yes, that is almost a direct quote!)I guess I have to respect the honesty, but it's a poor business decision in my most humble opinion. Especially, if you don't provide detailed descriptions of each sauce to aid customers in their decision. Spoons and portion cups are kinda part of the cost of doing business, right?I don't enjoy citrus on my savory foods, so I passed on the lime sauce. I shared this with her during our conversation where I ultimately landed on the Bourbon sauce. But, my food still tasted like lime, so.... Who knows why that is. I believe I saw her adding fresh lime to the items on the cooktop, but don't hold me to that.The kitchen wait here is extensive. Don't plan to run in on your lunch. She quoted me 20-30 minutes. Everything is made from scratch and appears to be fresh. I liked that part. At one point, her employee actually had to ask her to "calm down" because she was so flustered by the volume of orders. And napkins! Customers may prefer napkins vs brown paper towel. The owner wrote my order on a napkin, but served my food with an industrial paper towel. I think I chose a bad day to try this establishment, and the lack of customer service doesn't make me want to try again. I won't be back.

Thank you yeah for allowing me to try healthy soul. This place is for hibachi lovers that don't want to sit and get it cooked for them. Because this takeout will do just a trick. The rice is delicious, shrimp chicken, and crab that I had and friendly myself visiting here again real soon.

A vendor located inside of the AMP with customizable bowls and wraps. I orderedtheir large veggie fried rice with a side of yum yum sauce. The portions are pretty decent but a bit pricey. I enjoyed my rice paired with the sauce! My service was pretty quick for a busy weekday and the person taking my order was very attentive!

Service was quick! My bowl came not too long after I ordered. Since it's a custom bowl, it's every man/woman for themselves. It's in the AMP, so the noise level was average.

This was my second day in a row and it was just as delicious as the previous day!! See my review from 6/27/24. Give it a try you will love it!

After coming to the Indy Winter's Farmer's Markets on Saturday mornings (which is a good market by the way) Healthy Soul was the one that drew me in. I saw a sign for potstickers either chicken or vegetable as a special they had. You got 6 potstickers with yum yum sauce and a sauce that was drizzled over the top with green onions and cilantro to top it off. Those were the BEST potstickers I've ever had! They were delicious! They were crispy on the top and had so much flavor! I don't know if they serve those all the time. I hope they do or if they don't I hope they keep them on the menu. I've had the bourbon chicken with jasmine rice also and it was very good also. Healthy Soul is located in the AMP and is right next to The Beast. They have lots of great food options to choose from. I will definitely be back for potstickers!

The chicken fried rice with the sauce was delicious!!! I have never been to The AMP but it was so neat :) I enjoyed having a drink and checking out all the businesses. You could definitely have dinner and dessert here and everyone who works inside the amp is very nice and friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Love that this is a woman-owned business. Congrats on your amazing business, Chef Tawana!Food usually takes about 15-20 minutes, so not ideal if you are in a Big Time Rush. However, they are making your order from scratch so it is totally worth the wait. I like that you can build infinite combinations for your food. While there are plenty of fried options in The Amp this is one of the places where you can feel like you are making a healthier choice while not skimping on flavor.

Tasty. Lot of nice healthy options, but also a nice assortment of meat, delicious sauces, and spices. MANY combinations of meals can be created, and most sound great. Lamb, beef, chicken salmon + rice, mushrooms, quinoa , etc. ( read the menu and prices as the items add up quickly though ) Only takes about 15 mins for preparation. I had Power greens, red quinoa, mushrooms / Bout on jerk sauce. Very tasty, perfect amount of spicy ( you have to ask for extra spice ) Portion sizewas decent. I didn't feel heavy or like I'd done my body wrong after finishing. Give them a shot.
