We enjoyed our food a great deal. My wife had the chicken Tiki Masala and I had an excellent Lamb Saag. I lover the tenderness and deep flavor of the Saag. The Tiki Masala was very good also. The place was not busy at all; big surprise to us, but they are relatively new and it was a Tuesday evening. The service was good. I recommend this place for very good Indian food.

New place we've decided to try out. The service was quick, kind and attentive. The place is clean and well thought out. The food is mediocre at best.Ordered chicken tikka masala which was runny, lacked depth of flavor and texture. It tasted like a can of tomato sauce honestly. Saag paneer was also bland and lacked a lot of the spinach flavor you'd expect.Naan was good. Not the best I've had but not disappointing. Good portions for everything.Unfortunately I do not recommend.

An excellent addition to the India fare that we have in town, and I rate this above the other Indian restaurants in Broad Ripple (I think this is every bit as good as Aroma). As is the case with all Broad Ripple restaurants, parking can be difficult, but you can find a place either on Guilford or a side street. Loved the samosa, chicken biryani, dal makhani, chicken tikka masala, and the chana saag (a standout). Friendly service and the food was ready for our take out a few minutes early.

From the moment you enter, a calm sets in. nothing overwrought. The decor and staff set the mood. The food is yummy. The experience was to me and my adult child, similar to eating in a kitchen of a Grandmother's house. Does that make sense? Calm, respectful, no hustle, rich in flavors, prepared to the heat exactly as we ordered, and of course enough to pack up for another meal to thoroughly enjoy. Parking was easy (we dined early)though it was filling up as we left. We spoke to a few people on our exit, and they asked us if we enjoyed? and then shared it was a newish favorite neighborhood Indian cafe.

Great food! Super cool inside, plenty of seating. Once we ordered food it was ready very quickly. Everything was hot, perfect spice level (I got medium), and very filling!

Good fresh food Indian style each of us four got intensity & flavors we'd ordered. Order delivered on time to right place (Tarkington Tower front door). Couldn't have been better managed.

I rarely write reviews but I really want this place to be successful and stay around. I ate here for the first time tonight and it was delicious. I actually ordered carryout, which was ready right on time and was still piping hot when I got home.I was only in the dining area briefly but it was nicely lit, well maintained and I'd be happy to dine in next time. The gentleman who brought out my food was friendly.I (overdid it) and got veg samosas, chicken curry, saag paneer, naan, and gulab Jamun. Everything was excellent. I ordered the curry medium and it did have some heat to it, in a good way. The saag was wonderful, good flavor and not runny. The naan was very good. The gulab Jamun tasted great, not just sugary sweet. I like it warm so I should have zapped it since I was at home.I'll definitely go back. Give it a try!

Stopped in for an Indian food fix on a weekday in August, 2024. The ambiance is simple but welcoming. Our waiter turned out to be the chef, Talwinder! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and gracious. Got our spice levels just right. We ordered the chicken tikka masala, my test dish. It was flavorful and tasty. I agree with a previous reviewer that is was not very thick, but I still liked it a lot. Unfortunately, I cannot eat at other new Indian restaurants because their food is too spicy for me, even when I beg for grandma mild. I don't blame them for being authentic, but I must have my fix somewhere! Nothing compares to my old favorite, the Broad Ripple India Garden, but this is a comfortable and delicious option. Please consider giving Haveli Indian Restaurant a try! #eatlocal
