Havana Cigar Lounge

I have a love/hate relationship with this establishment. I think because of the beautiful exterior and interior I expected more. There is a dress code so you cannot come in jeans and flip flops- which is nice. It keeps a certain standard to the place. The food was a let down, however. My friend ordered mashed potatoes that tasted okay and were very small. During the second visit we got French fries and those were just okay as well. But alas it's a cigar lounge, not a restaurant. This is where my problem lies: the cocktails. The menu has a variety of them and I was so excited to try them. But during each visit I am let down by a watery beverage or a drink I cannot even finish because it was drowned in liquor. With cocktails I feel like there is an art behind making them prefect and just making one. With these drinks, the art was lost. The service our second time visiting was much better than the first. The first time we only saw the waitress once an hour and she did not even offer to light our cigars... At a cigar lounge. We waited around forever until a person at my table hunted another waitress down to ask her to light ours. Anyway, with all of that out of the way. This place IS a good place to relax with some friends on a night out. Like a said before, the decor is cool and the ambiance of it all is very nice. The people in the cigar room selling the cigars have always been so nice and helpful. Especially to someone like me that doesn't know what they're doing in there. Certain things about this place are a hit and others are a miss, but overall I would recommend to give it a try.

Four stars for ambiance, bourbon collection and service elevates this smoke spot. Unfortunately the humidor is basic. All the regulars but no good variety of the goodies like Espinosa, Partegas, Brick House etc. just the usual suspects My Father (but no Le Bijou) Fuente , Perdomo. They need to elevate for experienced smokers.

Every time I visit Havana cigar lounge, I have an amazing time! Came here with my girls for my birthday and was showed so much love! I am not big on cigars, but I do enjoy the environment and ambience. There is a tall gentleman, I wish I had his name! That is so nice and always makes us feel right at home. I think he might be friends with the owner, however, we enjoy Havana cigar lounge! My only feedback... Is food!? :-)a

We visited for birthday. We had reservations for our party but ended up being moved out of our section. An hour later waitress was nice. I believe her name was Rayanne. The manager seem to check on everyone but us. That was weird anyway I don't smoke cigars so I didn't partake in that but my chicken kebabs and rice was good. Also, my Moscow mule was tasty. We ended up leaving prematurely hopefully if I go back, I have a more welcoming experience.

Had a large party show up pretty late after a different event and the staff was great at accommodating us. Cigar recommendations were on point and the bartender was friendly and helpful.

What more can you ask for at a Luxury Cigar Lounge? Great food, great cigar selection, great alcohol selection including beer, wine, liquor, mixed drinks, coffee, and tea. Did I mention the great staff that provides excellent service? You mix that with the perfect ambiance and great air quality and you have the perfect combination for a great time!!

Food is always great! Lamb chop is one of the best things on the menu. Shrimp and grits good too.

I'm mostly rating based off the drink experience - which unfortunately was not very good. It was our first time here, and my friends got cigars and thought they were okay, but not super blown away with their selections. It took SO long to get a drink, like 25 minutes. We didn't see a drink menu, so we just sort of ordered whatever - I asked for the espresso martini and I have no idea what they made it with. It tasted like hot cinnamon, so maybe fireball? Never had anything like it, and it was pretty gross so I didn't finish it. I was hopeful to get something else, but our server didn't come back for the longest, and we had to wait so long initially. Would not recommend the drinks - but if you are coming just for the cigar experience, it should be okay.

Really loved this space. Customer service was exceptional. My husband and I came on a Saturday night around 7pm and was able to find a nice cozy spot for just the two of us. Seating is open. You can sit inside , outside , or at the bar. We were greeted quickly with water and menus. As we waited for our drinks we got cigars that range from $10 and up. I feel the lady in the cigar room could've been more helpful or personable. She legit did not speak to us except to check out. I don't smoke cigars , so I had no clue what I was doing or looking for. As I suggested help, I was simply ignored. I assumed we would be more educated or at least help. I picked a cigar with a female on it and was explaining to him why I chose it and then she strikes in and said yes it's smooth. Once we got back to our area, drinks arrived and the waitress lit our cigars. They have a very wide variety of cocktails, and liquor. Anything for your tasting. I had a glass of Rose, hubby had Jameson. We end up inviting friends and they had no problem with us pulling up two chairs to accommodate. They also had the sports on the big screen. I can't wait to go back and taste the food. If your looking for a chill date night , girls night , or guys night please check it out. If you are looking for an upscale bar. This is your place. One of my new favorite places.

A couple friends and I stopped by Havana for a birthday celebration. Havana is located in the Fishers District. There is plenty of parking.Havana has a temperature regulated cigar room with plenty of options to choose from. Ventilation in the restaurant isn't that good. They have fans above, but they don't help that much with the smoke. They have a decent size menu with plenty of drink options. I chose the cucumber melon mule, beef empanadas and a half Greek salad. All were delicious. They were too busy on a Tuesday, but there was a steady crowd. You can also sit at the bar and watch the games. This spot is excellent for date night, hanging out with friends or a business meeting.
