After checking in, we were given an "extra" battery pack, we proceeded down the dirt road to our site. We were assigned to glamping tent two. After brushing off the walnuts in the light of day so as to not break an ankle in the dark, we were pleased with the nice bed and linens in our tent. It appeared we had neighbors in the adjacent site because they had left trash and forks in the fire pit, but no one ever came. Thankfully so as the fire pit was way too close to our tent entrance. We used the larger community fire pit as the evening waned. No one came to any of the other 4 tents. I feel this place has potential but seems to be in its infancy. It was very peaceful here. Wished there was a doable path to the Sycamore Saloon so you didn't have to drive even though it was a short distance down the road. With no bathhouse or bathrooms but a port a John, it is hardly glamping. Just don't have to pitch a tent. No direction about lighting but the "extra" battery pack was enough to light us up for our short trip. There was not one at the site. There was a geo dome being built on site. I think in time this could be a nice experience but for now, completely rustic and basic. We did not receive any pre arrival information and had to call to ask about linens, toilet and lighting so as to know what to pack. It seemed as the occupied tent next door was someone long term.

Wonderful location, service and great food. We stayed in a suite for a couple days and loved it. This is a new establishment where staff and management work hard to ensure you have an excellent stay. They will be adding a winery, spa, container cabins and tree houses by fall. Excellent in house massage by Michael Redman was the best I have ever had. This gem place is a must stay in Nashville, Indiana. Lots of fabulous artists selling delightful finds. Love this area in Brown County. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harmony Tree Resort!

be aware the cancellation policy is very vague. We were going to get a room for a weekend and changed our mind 2 1/2 days early. I canceled and I still got charged. when you get your confirmation they do not specify how early you have to cancel

The temperature was in the single digits overnight. No heat in the suite. All it had was a sheet and quilt. We had to sleep in our clothes to stay warm. No television in the room. The breakfast was packaged danishes. This is definitely not worth the amount they charged.

If you're looking for a quiet place to stay on the weekend in Brown Co, this is not the place. The "Suites" are literally above the Saloon and with the live music on the weekends until 11PM, it's so loud you can't hear yourself think. I'm an early to bed early to rise kind of person, and that just didn't happen here. You can tell they invest a lot of money into the Saloon, but not the rooms. No USB (come on, it's 2023) and no TV. I get that they want us to disconnect from electronics, but with the noise seeping up from the bar, it's hard to even talk to your partner! Beds were two twin plastic type mattress's put together to make a King so not very comfy. Was excited to try somewhere new this year and off the beaten path, but I think I should just stick to places I know and enjoy.

What a cool spot, when it's finished it's going to be a really fantastic destination. The Sycamore Saloon is the bomb, music is fantastic, the food is good. Lots to do, but you're in the middle of the country. Highly recommend.

POTENTIAL!!!! That's the best word to describe this establishment. For only being open a few months, it seems to have a lot going for it. Definitely a destination resort. My daughter and I stayed in the Wyatt Earp room which was spacious and just right for the two of us. It had 2 loft beds and a queen, so 2 adults and 2 kids would enjoy it. The common area outside all of the rooms, is quite large and has a small kitchen offering coffee, tea and breakfast snacks. Expect some noise from the restaurant, kitchen and weekend band below the rooms. Upcoming additions are a spa, container cabins, teepees, glamping tents and a winery! We visited the Sycamore Saloon on the main floor and enjoyed the food. Only reason I didn't give the resort 5 stars was the uncleanliness of our room and the antique couch that smelled old and musty. The room decor needs attention. All the linens should be white. The door going outside of the resort desperately needs a coat of paint. Keep in mind, there is only an outdoor staircase leading up to the rooms. No elevator or handicap access. This place has the POTENTIAL to be the #1 destination in Brown County! Just some attention to detail is needed.
