This Hardee's is really old and outdated. The staff doesn't seem to be too knowledgeable about how their apps work or their coupons. They refuse to take coupons from the app and then they can't do it. It seems like the whole store needs an update it was pretty dirty, and the staff could use some training.

I only go to Hardee's for Breakfast. Friday I ordered my usual breakfast order. I got to the window, the worker was very slow and had my card for long time trying processing my payment. I get to work, my sandwich was actually subpar but I ate it I was hungry . While Doing my banking for the weekend I look at my account and I see 19.18 charge pending . My order was just over $4 I called & the cashier answered and told me rudely she had accidentally did, and refunded my money. I stated Ma'am you should have told me. My whole issue is the Cashier did not Open her Mouth and Stated to my Face she charged my card with the wrong order. So Sunday I checked my account the charges had went through. So I called today (Monday) ask to speak the manager. A familiar voice say she's the manger so I begin telling my story and the Cashier - who come to find out she is posing as a Manger rudely say she refunded my money. I said Oh I am coming to the restaurant to get my refund. I get to the Restaurant see the Rude Cashier Lady , ask for the Manager Audrey. I explained her Worker Lied and Posed as a Manager on the Phone, was rude and I explain the whole story. Audrey was professional and took care of it but I have to wait because their credit card/Debit card system is slow with Refunds. But while talking to the Manager. I witnessed the Drive Thru Cashier was rude and yelled at window Customer. The manager Audrey and the General Manager need to Fire that Rude Cashier. Will not be going back there because of Her. She should have told me she basically fraudulently charge my account. I'm calling it Fraudulent because she Did not Open her mouth to when I paid for my initial order.

I am sorry to say that our Hardee's is not worth going to anymore. I have loved Hardee's since it came to Kokomo. Their food has always been good quality food. Their breakfast has always been amazing. The Mushroom & Swiss, their chicken anything, their steak biscuit, breakfast anything. I'm salivating just thinking about it. They always had better taste, better options, better portions, & I didn't mind paying a little more for the better food.The people that work there, I have never had a complaint. They're good people that want to help you out.But, like every other restaurant, since 2020, our Hardee's hasn't been able to bounce back to what it once was. & it shows by hardly any cars in the lot. The place looks closed.The prices are too high, & the quality of the food is horrible. I don't blame the people. They seem to be trying. I blame the economy & not knowing how to keep fast food fast when you don't have customers anymore. Either, you don't have anything made, or it sits & dries out. I get it, it's hard. I would think it near impossible to balance fast, hot, & hardly any customers to serve it to.But, it is my money. The other 4 fast food places are doing a bit better. They have always had more customers than Hardee's. So, with all of them hit with this economy, as well, their customers are where Hardee's was before covid, or better. Prices are better, at a couple of them. But, still, better locations help, too.Sorry, Hardee's you have lost a long time customer. I don't have to come back, anymore.

Night crew arguing in front of customers, man, drop spatula on floor, picks it up, doesn't change gloves, man burns hamburgers, and just slaps on the sauce, as if it was just blotted on with a piece of toilet paper, chocolate shake, sitting on counter, melting, and not given to customer until after burgers are done, burgers, also cold! I definitely don't recommend this place

One of the very few fast food places that the lobby is not open. I had stopped going there because of them being completely closed every time I went. But I like there food and my step son wanted to go there. Ordered the food. They handed us the bag of burgers and fries. Said it would be a few more minutes on the chicken strips. Waited 5 more minutes as the rest of our food got cold. They told us to pull forward and wait. Ten more minutes as my food is getting colder. I went and knocked on the drive up door. Someone finally came and I asked why it has taken 25 minutes to cook chicken strips. She went and got some one else that brought the chicken strips 3 minutes later. Instead of apologizing for the wait and saying that they forgot to drop the chicken strips she just wanted to go off and be rude and argue how it does take 25 minutes to cook chicken strips.

Used to be a regular breakfast stop for me, but they have priced themselves out of the fast food breakfast market. I can sit down and have a traditional breakfast for less at many other places in town. It was okay while it lasted I guess.
