Harbour Pointe is an excellent place to live. I lived at Harbour Pointe for 3 years. The management and office team are nice and try to help if possible. The maintenance team is top tier and handles requests timely and with accuracy. It's also easily accessible to grocery stores, retail shops and not too far from anything. I highly recommend!

horrible complex, over priced for trash. office management is rude and acts like you're bothering them anytime you reach out, maintenance does not knock and unlocks the door and just walks right in. I was in the shower one time and they announced themselves AFTER they unlocked the door and were in my apartment. constant smell of marijuana and the office does nothing about it (which is funny because i've seen the office staff and the maintenance manager smoking a dab pen at the pool! so professional). constant gun shots within the complex. i've had my car broken into twice one of the times my back window was completely busted out and the office could careless. Complete lack of parking so you're forced to buy a parking pass and people still park in the carport you pay for but never get towed. Maintenance staff, except for one guy he was super nice and helpful, do half-ass repairs then get annoyed when they have to come back out and refix something. I would not recommend this place to the worst person I know.

I lived in Harbour Pointe Apartments for a year and a half and loved it!!! The price was very reasonable, and the apartments were clean. I had a one bedroom and it was huge! The layout was well planned and I loved having a provided washer and dryer. The washer and dryer were in a closet in my bedroom next to the bathroom...so convenient! The view of the lake was gorgeous and I enjoyed sitting out on my balcony. Management was very kind and helpful as well. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Since moving here my 5 stars quickly went to a 0!! Ever since they obtained new employees and management I have not been pleased. Not to mention that they are OVERPRICED! This complex is honestly horrible, the employees are rude and act as if helping you is an inconvenience. i've had multiple changes to my lease that I was not aware of. I'm paying way to much for these apartments and they are not as nice. When i first moved in 3 years ago, it was decent.. the staff compensated for the space and the price was alright! Since I found out my lease isn't up until May, I've been frustrated, I want to LEAVE NOW!

Do not make the mistake of renting here!Extremely overpriced, run down apartments that have been given a coat of paint to try to cover a myriad of infrastructure issues like leaking rooves, moldy apartments, shoddily slapdash 'updates' to try and jack the prices up on a subpar apartment and claim it's 'luxury'. When we moved in the apartment was $900 for a 2 bedroom, they now want $1400 and they're in worse shape than ever.Tons and tons of drugs, theft, shootings, and the complex sends tow trucks around the parking lot day and night stealing cars. We had an armed fugitive hide in our hallway during a cop chase. It used to be a nice neighborhood with families, but since the new ownership took over it's extremely hostile and they've pushed out all the families to replace them with loud partying young rich people who trash the place. The management staff are rude and if you have any issue with the maintenance that they don't want to fix, the office manager will become hostile, threaten you, and/or talk over and insult you.Save yourself a lot of money and time and rent literally anywhere else.

Great place to live. Overlooking the water is ideal. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very nice - not too far from either Downtown nor a Broad Ripple nor Carmel

New ownership of the apartment complex is rocky and the prices of the apartments are going up exponentially. They are remodeling somewhat, but still overcharging a lot. There has been theft within the area and a lot of car break ins within the short time the new company took over than I have ever seen in all the years I've been here. This new ownership has a reputation for auto theft at every apartment site they've bought out within the first few months, so that is very telling and bizarre. They have implemented an online rent payment and utility request portal which was much needed. Leasing office staff are polite and do the bare minimum unless resident's stay persistent. Biggest issue is overcharging for rent and other things on lease that were not present previously.

Don't be fooled by looks. We moved here looking for a quiet , slightly nicer than average apartment. As you would expect for an almost $1,000 a month, 1 bedroom apartment. What i did not expect are as follows...dogs are let outside with no leash and will literally chase you around outside barking at you as you carry your newborn from the extremely poorly lit parking lot and sidewalk into your apartment. Made worse by the fact my hands are full from having to carry a flashlight in one hand. If you don't carry a flashlight you will step in the minefield of dog crap(This has happened to me atleast 4 times in the 5 months i've been here) Which i might add is around a two hundred foot walk just to find a parking spot because there are wrecked vehicles sitting in the same parking spaces without moving for months.i've had my car broken into twice. Management doesn't seem to notice. I've seen the same neighbor leave their barking dog outside, free to chase and bark at everyone from 10pm till 6am several times. Still, we never complain. We live in an upstairs apartment and the people below us have people coming and going at all hours of the night, and everytime they open and close the door the whole building shakes as they seem to be slamming it with the force of the incredible hulk. I kid you not it feels like a mini earthquake. It will jump startle you everytime. Then theres the loud music..all hours of the night....or how about the daily fighting and arguments that are impossible not to hear through the thin windows and floors. still we don't complain...but, by far the worst part is the smoking...as i said we live upstairs and the people below as are constantly smoking marijuana and cigarettes inside. I wouldn't even care if they just did it outside or atleast opened a window to air it out. You can tell they don't even open the windows because just as soon as i finally air out the apartment (yes i have to open all the windows and door in mid december and January SEVERAL times a day and night) it fills right back up again with smoke. And this is strong smoke, the moment you enter my apartment you are hit with the most pungent smell of marijuana and cigarettes. Its like being in a bar. Now this is unacceptable as we have a 5 month old baby and hes constantly coughing and sneezing and waking up because the smoke is absolutely horrible. For this i don't hold my tongue. I have complained to management several times to the point that they don't even respond to me anymore. When they did respond they basically told me they would pass this information to the property owner. When i checked back in with them to see what the property owner said, they told me theres nothing they can do about it because the property owner isnt willing to do anything. So here i sit, another sleepless night, 12:20am with my 5month old who can't sleep because of the smoke. Writing my first ever review. As soon as my lease is up i'm gone. Take my advice and stay away, RUN AWAY from this place please! Harbour pointe if you are reading this do something about this for the love of god please.
