Very good food and service. I had been told by a number of people that Pendleton had the best Chinese food and I certainly agree.

Very average Chinese food at better than average prices. I got the lunch meal for around $12 and it was a huge portion. It was enough for 2 people. I got an egg roll, hot and sour soup and general Tso chicken. They include a huge pile of rice. The flavors were decent. The soup was very bland. I would try it again but only because of the great value.

Great food! Great Service! Clean and tastefully decorated. Solid go to Chinese. So far it's been my favorite Chinese place. Moo shu Chicken was Yummm. Kung pao was good. Wonton soup is our go for regardless what we order.

Well it is small, but great for take out orders. I gave the Kung Po Chicken with fried rice, egg roll, and a cup of egg drop soup on the side. The food was hot and on point. The egg drop soup was fresh hot and flavorful. After eating the soup I ate the Kung Po Chicken and rice. Tons of favors with different levels of heat. The temps tire of both was almost as hot as lava. I will eat here again

The cleanest Chinese place I've ever been to! For being a "dive" Happy Dragon was much more fresh and maintained than others I have frequented. Customer service was to notch, the pay behind the counter was friendly and fast! They have a great lunch special of $5.75 for a meal that includes an wheel and fried rice. I got the General Tsos, it was good and saucy. There isn't much space to sit inside, more of a pick-up and take out place, but there were a few people dining in when I was picking up. There are about 4 tables. At the counter there is a self serve area where you can help yourself to utensils, sauces, Fortune cookies, napkins, etc. You'll want to grab the with your takeout as they would be in your bag. Really liked that they put the lunch in life bowls rather than styrofoam containers, much better when picking up. Food was hot and steamy!

Driving through town and we'd stopped for the night. Found Happy Dragon on Yelp. Looked at the reviews and looked at the menu. We ordered combination fried rice, rolls, and goons. Drove twenty minutes in pouring rain. $18 Drove twenty minutes back, again in the pouring rain. The food would have been better without the rain and long drive. Egg rolls were good if a little chewy. Crab rangoons were really good, the filing was aplenty. The rice is the reason for the four stars. It wasn't really fried rice, it was still mostly just white rice and, to me, the shrimp tasted fishy. It was not BAD but I've had better. The chicken and especially the pork was nice. No forks, no napkins, no soy sauce, no hot mustard, no fortune cookiesI would go back.

Tonight I ordered from here. Order was completely wrong called up they told me to bring food back so they could go through it to be sure none was eaten. Very unhappy as this puts my worry due to covid and puts everyone's risk higher as many times as they mess up and food being handled twice and disposed of in store. Business really need to double check their orders on phone and be sure was correct. Especially while covid is going on. When I called back in she didn't understand and passed the phone off back to him. Even when I called back in had to repeat self ten times before he finally got it. I ordered large chicken and broccoli and egg fu yung combo with egg roll and a got shrimp and lobster dinner?!?!?

Have been here several times now and it is consistently good and hot for take out Chinese. Order fulfillment is very quick, even for larger orders. There isn't a lot of seating to be had (is there ever?) but if you wanted a table to eat your Kung Pao and wash down with a canned soda then you are all set.Self service fortune cookies next to the checkout also. They never make a point of putting any in the bag for you so help yourself to one or five.

The food was cold, squishing, mushy, generic blend, and when I tried to call they hung up. Until somethings changes I will comment everyday!

Been eating here for years. Must be new owners, I did not recognize anyone last night when I picked up. It has been great for a long time.Got the Double cooked pork I have had many times. It was HORRIBLE. I mean, inedible. I threw it away! Tasted bad, fatty meat, cold, just AWFUL. All this and a 30% price increase to boot. I don't usually do online reviews, but buyer beware. Soooo dissapointed.
