Had my child's birthday party here. It was pretty chaotic - they have you check in near the front door area, which is a crowded and narrow hallway/stairway. There were probably 2 other parties going on starting at the same time, so it took several minutes to figure out what we were supposed to be doing. We were told to load our coats/shoes/gifts/party favors/cake on a big cart, which someone then took upstairs to the party room. When you do an open complex party, you can roam around the entire place:Main-floor gym - mostly gymnastics equipment, plus a climbing structure with a foam pit you can jump in.Upstairs play area - has two zip lines (not too high or too fast - the 6-year-olds in our group were fine on them), an inflatable bounce house, and some smaller climbing toys for toddlers. There's also a basketball court area, but our group didn't venture over there. The party area was clean. Tablecloths, plates and napkins were included in our package. We had pizza (decent - sort of reminded me of grade school cafeteria pizza, but the kids ate it anyway), and the kids could go and pick out a bag of chips and a drink. The favor bags included a plastic cup, pencil, a couple of pieces of candy, and a coupon for an open gym visit. The birthday girl or boy gets a tie-dye "party at the plex" t-shirt. So I'd recommend bringing your own favors! You supply your own cake. Birthday balloon bouquets can be added for $25.Tip: have your guests print/sign their waivers at home so the kids can get in and start playing more quickly.

Great place for kids but management is lacking. Multiple parents are upset from larger children playing in toddler zones. After approaching different staff we were given answers of why no one could tell the older kids to play in their correct area. We ended up tracking down the one person working who seemed to have any authority to do anything who stated that the same kids did this every week. The rest of the staff was pretty useless. I'm sure it's a fun place if you're old enough but if you have little ones I'd steer clear.

Great facility. My daughter loves the gymnastics there. Has a lot of things to offer athletes in various sports.

This was a terrible experience, and I am not one to normally place blame on a facility. Despite my requesting 2 party leaders for all boy football party of 15 guests, we were placed with 1 inexperienced leader who didn't know how to direct the group or play football. I made the request of 2 leaders at the time of booking and again on the confirmation call on the day before the party (who admitted she did not have the paperwork for the time of booking conversation).Three of the guests argued constantly while I was in another room trying to assemble the food we brought. We requested a new leader mid-party, but there was virtually no improvement or direction in leading activities. There was absolutely no organization or direction to make this a party. It was just a basketball court for a football party and a young employee standing around. I had to assemble the food myself down the hall because they were short staffed. I called asking to arrive early, was granted permission, and I arrived 40 minutes before the party was scheduled to begin. The staff spent the entire 40 minutes trying to figure out where we would eat, while my food in unassembled catering boxes got cold. I said I did not mind that the room wasn't decorated or that I would have mis-match of party supplies, but the final straw was that they were unable to find any birthday candles for the cake. There was absolutely no point of using this facility and a backyard party on grass rather than flag football on a basketball floor would have been far preferred. I have never seen such a poorly run organization and it absolutely bordered on being completely unsafe. They even charged me for 2 extra guests, but I have no idea why that would have mattered since they did NOTHING to facilitate a party. I chose a sports venue because I am not a "football" person and I thought the entire point of such a venue was to have a game organized and run by a party professional. My football-loving son was so disappointed and several of his friends shared it was the worst party they have ever attended. I can't say enough how disappointed I was with the entire experience. Highly unprofessional.

My wife and I held our daughter's birthday party here. The experience was very disappointing. The staff completely messed-up our reservation. When we reserved the facility we ordered three pizzas to feed our guests as well as two pitchers of lemonade. The staff ordered two pizzas and only had water. They didn't provide enough paper cups nor paper plates. We were supposed to have a staff member dedicated to helping out during the play activity and the pizza party, but she didn't interact with anyone, and she disappeared before the pizza party. Furthermore, after acknowledging that they had made a mistake with our reservation, the staff attempted to charge us full price. I do not recommend this place for your child's party.

This is a neat facility, but unorganized. The one person monitoring the foam pit in the back of the large room was not watching and on her phone texting most of the time. The girl watching the foam pit in the center of the room, which had kids jumping into it from several different directions, had a soft spoken, barely audible voice and no authority over the chaos entering the pit. It was an accident waiting the happen.
