Guadalajara Grill Mexican Restaurant

Guadalajara Grill, thank you for not changing. Thank you for being so consistent in service and taste of food you serve. I've Ben going to this restaurant for a little less than two years, and each time I visit I have a pleasant experience. They are very reliable. Service is always attentive and quick. I like the very colorful interior with festive vibe.

Good favor, not great and the wife was ill later in the night after eating her shrimp enchiladas. Hate to accuse the restaurant of making her sick, but I was fine eating my own dish and not sharing plates. Salsa (with complimentary chips) was bland tasting with minor heat. My enchiladas rancheras were good, but nothing stood out. The wife didn't eat most of the enchilada tortillas because they were too greasy. I probably should've gotten the fajitas because an order was served to a nearby table and it looked like a winner. This place was very busy on this particular Friday night in December and service was good. Typical Mexican decor with a nice little fountain in the middle.

Went for lunch today, first off chip were stale, then when my food came they gave me no plate to eat off of. When I was asked at the end of my meal if everything was ok, I said no and told them those 2 things and was told : No one else complained about the chips and that not all customers eat off of plates. Left before I lost it. Food was ok. I won't be back in this lifetime.

Great food and service by All of the servers that I encountered. The food was always fresh and I never left hungry.

This is my favorite place by far. I'm always sat immediately, the staff is very attentive and I've never been disappointed by the food. I come here with family, friends and coworkers often so it's 'our little spot.' The waterfall is a nice touch-I just don't recommend sitting right next to it, it's hard to have a decent conversation.

The restaurant is decorated nicely with a lot of Mexican art. Lively, casual atmosphere. I ordered the seafood chimichanga but was disappointed to find imitation crab inside. It had a rubbery texture that made the dish off-putting. Not only that, the pieces were very large and unappetizing. No real crab was in the food, nor was there a notice on the menu stating that it was fake crab meat.The portion was good and the overall taste wasn't bad, but I'd steer away from any seafood dishes here.

The cheese dip is creamy and good White queso. The small queso was enough for one person.chips hard but ok salsa like pace rice is soft good flavor chicken taste like pepper and chili powder. Good A local recomended it.

I've always stopped at Guadalajara's for guacamole and chips to go. I wanted to sit down to eat but never had time. Well it was Fat Tuesday and the day before for Valentine's Day so since the Daniel Fast was starting the next day we decided to celebrate & go out to eat. This was an excellent decision! The food was delicious! Even my husband said we need to come here more often & I agree. Both of us thought our food was seasoned very well. It took a second for our server to return but once our order was taken it came out almost immediately. It was good to the very last bite and no to go containers were needed. 9 out of 10

I've been coming here with my parents since I was in high school. Now, since I'm well old enough to drink, I get to enjoy the margaritas too! Get the passion fruit one with mezcal!

Great food, good atmosphere, and they love to support our teachers in the community. So get out and support them.
