Great United Skates

Everything was awesome! Great, friendly staff and had a fun Friday night with some friends. The only problem was this lady (non staff) who was screaming because her daughter (teenager) got ran into. Smh.

Great Place!! Wonderful staff!! This is a place that is good for the entire family!! All AGES!! Skating, Video Games, Bazooka Ball! Great Snack Foods! GREAT MUSIC!! Fun for EVERYONE!!!

Me and my 4 kids came to the 3 to 5 skating. They all played some games and got tickets and after skating was over my 9yr old son turned his into the ticket counter where 2 teenage kids helped him with his candy. They made a fat joke by saying they should replace the sugar straws for celery sticks. My son waited to tell me when we got in the car. In case I embarassed him. I went back inside and told the owner the incident that happened and had my son in the car crying over. He said he would take care of it. I really hope he does because the teenage boys job is to work around all children. Bullying is a crime and is unacceptable. There are heavy kids, skinny kids, and special needs kids. This bullying is unprofessional for other children to be wanting to go have fun. Then have to worry about the workers making fun of them. Please stop the bullying from the teenage employees. Other than this the adult employees are nice and helpful and it's a fun place to go with our children. Thank you

We rented a bounce house from them and were very pleased! We had one slight hiccup and they were gracious & quick to resolve and even upgrade us! Had great options to pick from as well. We've also skated there with our homeschool group and had a great time! We travel from a couple towns over & we're glad for the resource.

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly. One complaint is that some random customer was screaming at a nice employee because her teenage daughter got slightly bumped into. If they could control the overprotective parents in this place that would be great, but that doesn't seem possible.

Never going to be returning!!! "Regulars" ran over my daughter because they weren't paying attention. Then, proceeded to laugh about it. I absolutely did make the comment "you wouldn't think it was funny if someone pushed you down"I was then "told on" and I told my side and a completely different kid then started yelling at me about how I yelled at him. He wasn't involved in anyway. Don't know why he needed to insert himself. We talked to someone and he said he'd talk to them about watching where they are going. Immediately following, they were back out skating backwards, looking down on their phonesWe asked for our money back because we were just ready to leave. Nope!! Policy is to not give money backThey have a posted policy about not skating backward also, but do not follow that!I will never return and this place certainly can't afford to lose money! There was a whopping 20 people tops there. ‍.They also told us that they won't do anything about them because they are regulars.

I don't even know where to begin. First of all the general manager does not know how to professionally handle situations. First I went there to go skate at a private party. Two of the employees were nice. That's it. The Manger has proceeded to harass the the people that paid $400 for a two hour private party. The general manager called the people and called them names and curse at them to the point at which cops had to be involved. Will not be going to this place for a long time. Not worth the $400. Very disappointed in their apparent lack of initiative regarding the statewide mask mandate. I left as soon as I entered and saw not one employee or guest wearing a mask, going against the "mask required" signs posted around the building.

This place blatantly ignores the statewide mask mandate. Signage is posted but they are still letting in far too many guests to accommodate any sort of social distancing. When I went the other day fewer than 5% of guests were wearing masks and not even all the staff were wearing masks. If we weren't in the midst of a global pandemic I wouldn't mind but given the circumstances, I did not feel safe there and will not go there again.

Laser tag was great for my 2 young boys. The uncles enjoyed it as well. Nice staff. We went on Dec 23 so there weren't many otherCustomers.
