Recently spent a weekend in Nashville and this was a great place to stay. It's near the end of the main drag of Nashville, and thus is mere minutes from all the shops. It looks like maybe it used to be an apartment, so the rooms are a little more spacious than most. The decor is a bit outdated, but it was clean, comfortable, and homey. The kitchenette was also nice to have.

We always enjoy our stay at Hidden Valley Inn! The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The fact that it's basically a one bedroom apartment makes it especially nice if you plan on a longer stay. Having a balcony or a small porch for each room makes it nice if you want to sit outside and enjoy the view. The staff is great! They are very friendly and bend over backwards to make your stay as nice as possible. The town itself has been likened to a small Gatlinburg, TN with lots of cool, unique shops and restaurants which are in easy walking distance. It's also very near Brown County State Park. With Bloomington, Columbus & Indianapolis in easy driving distance, it's it's easy to find things to enjoy. We always stay here when we're in the area.

This place was amazing!!! Nice staff, very clean AND they really go above and beyond with sincere care that your stay and memories of the INN are pleasant...... Here is my story: My daughter and I (for her 22nd Birthday) went to Brown County for our very first time. Shortly after checking in, I received a call there had been an accident in the parking lot and my car was struck. A short time later, I found a letter on my door from the INN and stapled to it was a refund receipt for the full amount of what I had paid despite this incident was of no wrongdoing on their part at all, they simply did not want this to leave us with any negative thoughts or feelings connected to the Inn itself. WHAT?!?!??!? I was dumbfounded and amazed! Thank you sooooo much for a beautiful and clean suite, kind staff and thoughtful hearts!!!!

Horrible. The most filthy hotel I've stayed at in decades. The rooms were non-smoking but the smell would indicate otherwise. The dishes that were put away in the kitchenette had FOOD on them. The ventilation vents were FURRY. Don't get me started on the furniture on which I was supposed to relax. I won't even mention the power outage because it was Duke Energy's fault apparently. I was so unnerved by the room itself that I could not trust the bed pillows so I covered mine with a bath towel. At least THEY smelled like bleach! The staff was unprofessional and sluggish but not unfriendly. It's not even that I can brush this experience off as a "you get what you pay for" scenario because we paid $150 for one night. DO.NOT.STAY.HERE. Zero stars.
