Highly recommend Gordito's! The food here is very authentic and incredibly flavorful. We had the chicken, pork, & banzogi tacos. Get one of each if you're hungry. They are large and filling. We also got the chips with salsa & queso. I split all of this with my wife and it was plenty of food. The service was quick and kind. The restaurant was connected to two different establishments. Very clean and maintained. This location has so much to offer.

Nestled among the Fisher's Test Kitchen is Gordito's - one of three food locations and Sun King as your bar. Seat yourself at a table and whip out your phone to scan the QR code and order food. A waiter will be by to take your Sun King order, if you're wanting a brew. Tables are inside and outside. We opted for indoors since they didn't have umbrellas to block the sun. Now specifically onto Gordito's. I got the chicken cheesy fajita taco. Wow - packed with flavor! A corn tortilla with ample juicy chicken and melted cheese. Rather small for the portion but delightful! I'll be back to try more of what their menu has to offer!

We visited The Yard in Fishers, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. You walk in and order from a kiosk. Then they will send you a text once your food is ready to pick up. Go grab your tray of food and find a nice spot either indoors or outdoors (depending on the weather). Here's what we ordered: I appreciated the balance of flavors and textures in our meal. The salsa, had a creamy rich texture, roasted, smoky, with a hint of heat. Paired with the silky queso, which complimented the salsa without overwhelming the palate with excessive spice. I was just simple! One of my favorite quesos I've had yet! The freshness of the chips adds a satisfying crunch to every bite, enhancing the experience when dipped in the flavorful sauces. Whether you prefer a mild or bold flavor, they have an option for you.The Taco of the Month, named "The Borracho," delights with its bold flavor profile, satisfying crunch, and just the right amount of heat to keep things interesting. Meanwhile, the fajita bursts with juiciness, savory notes, and a hint of sweetness.The juicy brisket taco is tender and succulent, elevated by the au jus that enhances the richness of the seasoned pork. In my personal opinion what truly sets these tacos apart is the soft, flaky taco shell--it strikes the perfect balance, holding everything together without sacrificing texture or flavor.In essence, Gorditos Rust Belt Tacos offers a great place to stop for lunch or dinner and enjoy an authentic upscale taco option! Gave this place another try. Wanted to try other menu items, but there weren't many non-meat offerings so we stuck with the nachos ($10) and the Juicy Banzogi Taco ($5.25). The taco still tastes pretty good, although I'm not sure it's a great value with the $1 rise in price from last year. The nachos also took a $1 rise in price, but apparently they don't add the Banzogi to the veggie nachos, so they were pretty plain as far as toppings went between just the queso and smoky salsa/sauce it had. If ordering again, would stick to the taco, but honestly prefer the options and value at Torchy's.

We originally went to Fisher's Test Kitchen to try the Taiwanese food at Li Pu's but it turned out the schedule on the Test Kitchen's website was wrong. Nevertheless, we certainly couldn't leave without getting a nice dinner and Gordito's seemed the most appetizing of the choices. We ordered two items:Gordito's Bread ($6) - Woah, this is like an adult grilled cheese - a dense, very nicely grilled bun filled with a super rich cheese mix, with a fantastic caramelized cheese crust on both sides of the bread. On the side, a warm, slightly spicy queso cheese mix to dip the bread into, along with a nice savory consomme to make it extra soggy. The consomme is heavily seasoned, with a kind of vegetal sour quality and very slight spice from ancho chiles and a fantastic meatiness. This is the kind of grilled cheese and dip you dream of. Delicious.Pork Juicy Torta ($15.25) - Gordito's certainly knows how to make a torta. It starts with that same cheese bun as with the Gordito's bread, then adds pulled pork, corn salsa filled with crisp whole corn kernels, tangy cabbage slaw, and guac. The pork is a little dry, but they give a generous container of that delicious consomme on the side to dip everything into. There was a lot of grease that soaked into the paper wrapped around the torta and it dripped incessantly to the bottom of the tray while eating. Yet the sandwich itself didn't come across as excessively greasy - the bun still had that dense yet fluffy cheesy texture and wasn't particularly soaked with oil. The only problem - the bun was actually way too small for how much stuff is stuffed inside! It becomes extremely messy to eat, with pork, corn, and cabbage sliding out every which way every time you bite into the sandwich. Make sure to keep a bunch of napkins on hand when you eat this. Gordito's has really perfected that cheese bread and is a perfectly good choice to try at Fisher's Test Kitchen. We didn't get to try our first choice, but after eating at Gordito's we didn't particularly mind.

(Lebanon location) OMG YUM!! I heard great things about this spot so I decided to stop in and it totally blew my expectations away! My friends and I ordered multiple things on the menu and everything was amazing The service was fast and they followed all edits we made to our items. I will DEFINITELY be back

Had the banzogi and brisket tacos, with a side of the esquites. The highlight was the corn dish, but not by much. Tacos were greasy and bland. The side of au jus had all the complexity of a stock-cube dissolved in hot water. Esquites was also unremarkably bland, but at least it wasn't greasy. Overall, a thoroughly underwhelming experience. Hip location, disappointing food.

In town on business first time visiting Gordito's at Four Fingers Distillery. WOW were the brisket tacos THE BOMB!!! Easily the best tacos I've ever had. Levi and his crew do an awesome job. My buddy had the Chicken tacos and Brisket Torta. He was equally as impressed with the food as I was. --Rod W-- Mississippi, Jon H-- Seattle.
