Good Neighbor is a great little boutique in the Bottleworks Hotel building. Their motto is "good clothes make good neighbors." It's pretty trendy and carries both women and mens clothing. It you want something you won't see everywhere else give it a try.

Such a cute and high quality store! It's a great spot to buy a gift for men or women. They have all types of clothing, accessories, shoes, and jewelry! Plus the feature locally made items too! I bought a scarf from here and it is not only so pretty, but also incredibly soft! Also, all the staff are so friendly and helpful! If you need someone to help you out together an outfit, they've got you covered!

I finally got a chance to check out the inside of "Good Neighbor," a compassion-based boutique retailer located in a Bottleworks District storefront just across from the Food Hall. It has been interesting to see how the Bottleworks folks tackled accessibility while renovating this former Coca-Cola Bottling Plant location that maintains much of its nostalgic charm while being updated for a 21st century crowd. There are failures, like the entryway to Blue Collar Coffee Co., and there are thoughtful successes like here at Good Neighbor where a concrete ramp is ADA compliant and still consistent with the overall decor. There's parking available either in nearby paid lots or at meters. The actual Bottleworks lot is $5 for 0-3 hours (some do validate, though as a general rule I wouldn't expect it). Be aware that while it's self-pay either via app or a kiosk, they watch the parking lot like a hawk. Back to Good Neighbor. I loved this phrasing on the wall at Good Neighbor:"We believe that clothes made by people who arevalued, rewarded and empowered are good for everyone. So, we carry brands whose beliefs we dig andwe support local labels who are making the worlda more compassionate and inclusive place for all of us."They had a variety of men's and women's clothing - it's definitely a little pricey and definitely seemed to be geared toward those who wear smaller sizes. There was some variation, however. They also had some very nice candles and a rather beautiful plant corner that very thoughtfully told you how to care for the plant. While I found the clothing prices a little high, I found the plant prices pretty darn reasonable. I very nearly bought a couple of them. The store itself has a double-sided glass door entryway. It's a fairly heavy door (as is true of all the Bottleworks doors). Once inside, I was easily able to wheel around without bumping or worrying about knocking things over. I'm not sure about the dressing room. My sense was that it likely wasn't wheelchair friendly, but I really didn't see anything that I needed to try on. The employees were friendly but in a more introverted way. I think it was obvious I wasn't their usual type of customer. Truthfully, though, I'll likely go back when in the area and could easily see myself being drawn to the plants or candles again. Good Neighbor has an e-mail list. If you sign up, you can get 20% of your first order. They offer complimentary shipping on orders over $100. Right now, there are two Good Neighbor locations - the one here in Bottleworks and another in Detroit at the Shinola Hotel. This is an ideal shop for this area and fits nicely with the attached Bottleworks Hotel (separate entrance). The atmosphere is pleasant, the clothing appealing and ethical, and the entire business framework consistent with the B-Corp movement. I'm not quite ready to go for a 5-star yet, but I'll definitely be back.

Went into this shop today just to check it out. Fell in love. Super cute Boutique with all sorts of new fashions of various sizes. It's rather small but it has just the amount of clothes that you need both men and women. You can even buy really nice plants if you would like! They are a bit on the pricier side, however, you can tell they are quality items. I didn't buy anything but tried on 4 different jumpsuits and a dress but didn't fall in love with any of them once I tried them on, not because they weren't cute but they just didn't fit me like I needed them to! Definitely check them out if you are on the area. They are directly across from The Garage.

We stopped by here on our Indy trip to see what the shop was. And boy, it was a cute shop. It had a lot of ethical clothes and even had some nice plants in the corner for sale! The clothes were of high quality, not too sure how sustainable they are though. The price seems fair for quality and the staff was friendly. I believe they update their clothing catalog often as well, so it's nice to see new styles.

This store has a bright and cheerful vibe filled with a small but diverse collection of well made items (per my wife's observation.) It's easy to find if you go to the Coca Cola Bottleworks and see the signs for the Hotel, this store is just north of the hotel on the same side of the street. Metered parking is available on Mass Ave or there are pay lots across the street and behind the "Garage". I am not aware of any validating of your parking stub for this store. You would have to ask.Once you find it, the store feels fresh and new, is well lit, and seems to mirror the title "Good Neighbor" with quality items and friendly staff. Since it was a cold weekday just before lunch, there weren't any other customers, but the young lady who was working didn't hover over us but engaged us in conversation offering to help find anything we were looking for. Basically, women's clothing is to the left as you enter and men's to the right. They did have quite a bit of denim clothing, and lots of warm wear for getting us through the winter. You can shop and then head over to the Garage Food Hall (located north of 9th street only) across Edison. Or if you are curious, look into the lobby of the new Bottleworks Hotel which preserved much of the art deco facade. It is a beautiful area to shop with everything clean and new, but paying homage to the past. Check out Good Neighbor while in the area!Review #3845

I love this place so much! The staff is so nice and they make conversation and truly make you feel at home. The store carries plus size which is very important to me and it also has A wide array of clothing and styles. I always make sure to stop by just in case they have something new in stock! It's very clean inside and has a beautiful aesthetic. Pricewise I think it is on par with most boutiques in the area and the quality of clothing is worth the price!

I feel like a total fan girl for this store! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I loved my experience. I was pleasantly surprised that when I walked in, they had a cute display of gifts, perfumes and trinkets that were perfect for the coming holiday season. The clothing choices were great. I wanted to try on a pair of Good American jeans and haven't really been able to find them around the Indy area until here. The woman working the store was so delightful to talk to and answered all my questions. There were shoes, jewelry and accesories available for both genders. I ended up buying a shirt, and will be back ASAP.

Cool store to check out. Very friendly staff (5 stars in that area). I feel like prices are a tad high (that might be the cost of supporting local, though). Would definitely come back. I was surprised to see the very nice selection of house plants they have.
