The cabins were very cute in the pictures we saw on the website. When we got there we were kind of surprised by the lack of space to put our belongings. We really wish that the cabins were placed facing the driveway instead of the road for safety reasons because we had my 5 year old nephew with us and were worried about the traffic from US 41 and the side road. The cabins advertise that they sleep 6 but the 2 futons in the living room were very uncomfortable...only sized for a child, possible a teenager, but definately not for an adult. They were very short! The loft was cute though! Great for kiddos! All in all we would recommend them for friends for an overnight excursion but not for more then that.

Cabins at Gobblers Knob.We rented a cabin for 3 nights. They have three tiny homes.. They are adorable right off of 41. Great location. A quick ride to Turkey Run and only 10 minutes from through covered bridge routes.. Ideal location. Only problem is that the owners have never stayed in their own cabins. Granted its a true tiny home. Which means limited space. But there are no hooks, shelves or space for you to lay anything down. There are 2 tiny round tables which they have already covered with stuff. No where to put a toothbrush, soap, cell phone, anything. No door mats so you constantly drag dirt and stuff into through cabin. No where to lock up a bicycle. There shower is an aluminum tub.. With nowhere to put your soap or shampoo. And its flat so it doesn't drain. FORM OVER FUNCTION. Get rid of the cute cocacola decorations and hang useful decorations such as shelves and hooks. For what we paid a night, you can afford toilet paper. Your guests should not have to supply their own after the first complimentary roll.

We were hungry from a trip to Turkey State Run and found Gobbler's Knob store along the way home. The place was lovely, lots of DIY candy gifts, ice cream, and items for sale. We asked for the all day breakfast which took way too long to prepare. We found that they have just opened and that the place was mainly for ice cream. I'm giving this 3 stars because the owner made up for the very long wait. She was very warm and friendly.

10-14-2017 We stopped in after spending the day at the Covered Bridge Festival. It was a beautiful day in the 80's rather hot for a October day. They have a nice variety of the Covered Bridge flea market items, along with their homemade Ice cream and candies. In the back room there were tables set up and a very nice lady serving up Chicken and Noodles along with green beans and mashed potatoes. Stephanie and I both got this, and shared a root beer. Stephanie loved it !!! It was ok for me, but I will stop next time for a milkshake!!!! It was a very nice quaint, clean and eclectic stop!!! Those I truly love!!!

Pretty neat. A little country store very close to Turkey Run State Park, on State Road 41. They have gifts, souvenirs, and old timey candy. They also have special events, with dinner served in the Gobbler's Knob Occasion Room. We would have gone to see the Elvis impersonator a few Christmases back, but we got a huge snowstorm that week so we couldn't go. I hope to attend one of their Christmas events though.

What can I say? 3 times in our lives we have been here and every time was the beat ice cream and a great experience! Generous portion and beautiful surroundings with a nice gift shop, it's a must see and taste when going to Turkey Run! Ask about the white bats!
