Wow, can't believe we waited before coming here. So glad we came in tonight. The food was outstanding. We got the churrasco plate, which was the mixed sampler. Sausage, chicken, steak, fries, all of them top notch. Really interesting dipping sauce. And we also had a starter bowl of bean soup that was delicious. Try the Brazilian lemonade, it's frothy and foamy and sweet. Decor was nice. Spotlessly clean. Good spot for a date. We will definitely be back. And it wasn't very expensive.The pictures on the window make it look mediocre. Ignore those.

I've been eyeing Gauchos Fire for a little while, so one Friday my husband and I decided to visit. The restaurant is a fast casual style. Our server was really nice and attentive.The food was ok...we ordered the sharable platter. On the platter was grilled chicken pieces, steak and sausage and in store fresh chimichurri sauce. The sausage tastes like hilshire farms store bought sausage, The chimichurri was ok..didn't bring as much flavor burst as I had hopes. Overall it was ok.

Quick and delicious Brazilian food in the garage. I needed a fast bite to eat at the Garage the other day, and the good people at Gaucho's were happy to make some fantastic chicken fries for me. Super tasted with quick service and, of course, the general fun ambiance of the Garage.

I will start with my only one complaint. The drink options lack sugar free artificial free choices. Only choice is water. For someone that tries to limit sugar and aspartame gives me headaches... my go to is typically unsweetened tea. They only have sweet tea. The restaurant is open and decorated well. It does lack soft surfaces to absorb sound. We started out with Pastel one cheese, one beef and one chicken. We also like them in that order listed. The pastry on the outside was flaky and great. I got parmesan crusted chicken with grilled provolone cheese and fries. The chicken was pounded very flat. The chicken had awesome flavor. The grilled provolone cheese reminded me of saganaki ( the flaming greek cheese ) The fries were also crispy and great. The goucho sauce was great with chicken and fries. .Husband got the steak sandwich minus onion. It was loaded with beef. The beef was also very good. As was the grilled bread. We ordered some cheese bread at the start but they needed to make some fresh. We were fine with eating them at the end of the meal. OMG slap ya mama they were so good. Brazilian cheese bread is one of our favorite things. I've even made them myself. They were never this fluffy. We will for sure be back. I think we may have found our new favorite restaurant. . Love it.

I visited Gaucho's on a Monday afternoon with some work colleagues. We were quickly greeted by a welcoming server. He was very attentive during the meal. We ordered and had our food in about 5 minutes, making it a great lunch break stop.I ordered the Steak Kabob meal, which came with a salad, rice, fries, and choice of sauce. Salad was good. The dressing was a honey mustard. The rice was good. The fries were delicious and crisp. The steak was cooked to order and had a good flavor. I chose the garlic aioli and it was very good. Overall, I really liked this place and ate literally all my food. Lots of food for the price! Very quick, clean, and welcoming! I'm excited to have this place on our work lunch rotation now!

The food was so good! Don't overthink it when you walk in, just sit down. The waitress was so nice and the food came out quick. It's pretty laid back. Great little food gem of This Southern Brazilian inspired themed restaurant In the Carmel-Indianapolis Area. Restaurant Staff were friendly, calm ambience with Brazilian tunes playing & food was served with both authenticity & flavorful. Southern Brazilian Gaucho food culture was definitely delivered here and would strongly recommend for anyone who wishes to try this gem as to both reminisce & newly try out cuisine!

My family (2 adults 3 kids) decided to try out Gaucho's Fire last night and it was phenomenal! The restaurant was so clean & well decorated! They already had up a Christmas tree for the holiday season (I think that was the kids favorite part!). We tried the chicken skewers, bacon wrapped chicken skewers, kids chicken tenders, Brazilian steak sandwich, & the Churrasco Plate! Everything was delicious. Our waiter was also amazing. I'm part of a foodie group based out of the Indianapolis area that visits 1 new restaurant every month and this restaurant was #114. If you'd like to see where else we visit we'd love to have you join our Facebook page "Party of 3!"We started with a variety of appetizers, including Bohlino Do Gaucho (Beef Croquettes), Beef Pastels, Chicken Pastels, Cheese Pastels, and Mozzarella Sticks. While every starter brought something tasty to the table, the standout was definitely the Bohlino Do Gaucho. It paired perfectly with the salsa verde, and the crispiness of the pastels left us wanting to order more!For our main courses, we tried the Churrasco Plate, which is a fantastic option if it's your first time visiting. This plate offers a variety of meat cuts and sides, giving you a true taste of Brazilian churrasco cuisine. We also ordered the Meat Lovers Fries, which were packed with flavor and tasted phenomenal. The meat in every dish was cooked to perfection, and they definitely know how to season their meats!To finish, we had Flan and Churros with chocolate sauce. Both were good, but the Flan was definitely our favorite. On top of the amazing food, the service at Gaucho's Fire was excellent -- our server was attentive and friendly throughout.We would absolutely return to this restaurant again, and if you give it a try, you'll definitely thank us later!
