I can't say enough good things about the garden table in Carmel. I love this place so much! I would say it's one of my favorites for dinner, but I'm recently very much so into their brunch as well!So much food and truly really affordable, compared to other trendy brunch spots in the area! I'm grateful for their awareness and accommodation to my gluten allergy. They were kind enough to not up charge for hashbrowns. Since that was the only way they could accommodate potatoes that did not have gluten. This restaurant is also so beautiful. I've mentioned that in previous reviews, but it's true! Can't wait to visit again!

My husband and I arrived around 11am this Sunday morning, and the place was packed. We were quoted a 20 minute wait, so we decided to sit at the bar and grab a beverage while we waited. I ordered the espresso martini (10/10) and hubby got a cup of coffee. He prefers a mild roast, so theirs was a bit strong for his liking. He had to add 2 full servings of the little cups of cream that they provide before he could enjoy it. I'm not sure if they provide refills on the coffee, because he was never offered one. The 20 minute wait turned out to be more like 5 minutes. The gentleman behind the bar hadn't even finished making my drink yet. We were able to take those drinks to the table with us and they were added to our check at the end. The indoor dining space itself is rather small and a bit cramped. If our server was facing us, her behind was on the chair behind her and when she faced away from us to help the table next to us, it was right there in our faces. A guest had to leave their stroller in the foyer between the inside and outside doors. There did appear to be an enclosed patio dining area that was not in use. For our meals, I ordered the Beef Brunch Burger (also available with an Impossible patty) with the egg cooked over medium rather than sunny and without arugula. Arugula and my braces have beef right now (pun intended). That was served with fries and a spicy Sriracha aioli. The burger was cooked medium to medium-well and was very juicy. The egg was slightly underdone, but still good. The bacon, cheese and mayo/aioli were perfect. Overall, the burger was a solid 7.5/10. I had to add salt and pepper. It didn't taste seasoned at all. The fries tasted old, but the dip was good.Hubby ordered the Basic Breakfast (better known as Basic B), but he wasn't too fond of its given name. He got it with bacon, eggs over medium and white toast. He also requested grape jelly which was very delicious and house-made, I believe. He also ordered blueberry "pancakes" from the kids menu, on the side. My man likes his breakfast very simple and straightforward, so their unique take on pancakes was an unpleasant surprise. He barely ate half of one (serving came with two). He didn't eat the bacon and the toast was too hard/crusty. He ate the eggs, but didn't touch the roasted potatoes. He left there just as hungry as he was when he arrived! His words, not mine. I promised to feed him when we got home, which totally defeated the purpose of us eating out. Someone else brought our food out to us and from that point forward we didn't really see much of our server, Merelith. No checking in on us or offering of a box or bill. She was serving the table next to us, however. Ultimately, the gentleman from behind the bar took care of us until we left. We ordered two cold-pressed juices to-go, Neon Nectar & Lush Love. As an avid home juicer, I was not impressed. The Neon Nectar had good flavor, but for $9 each, I wished that it hadn't been so heavily diluted.

The perfect spot for Sunday brunch. We enjoyed the outdoor seating.Mimosas were good. We tried a traditional and a pineapple one. Generous pour w not too much juice. My husband had the b&g: huge serving! The one biscuit looked like to giant biscuits and was covered in homemade gravy and topped w an egg. Very tasty and filling.I had the chilaquiles and they were the best I have ever had. Very generous with lots of crispy tortillas, green salsa and roasted chicken as well as pickled onions and a fried egg.So much food we were unable to finish it all.The menus had many interesting items and we hope to be back soon!

Love the vibes here, great menu with lots of healthy but tasty options. Great girls brunch spot. I was obsessed with the rachel from friends salad with salmon! The chicken noodle soup was over season. My first matcha tasted like straight honey syrup but the second one without was much better. Was disappointed they didn't have any mocktails on menu. Our waitress was very sweet and quick and gave great recommendations!

Had a holiday dinner with colleagues at GT Carmel, service was attentive, and the ambiance was pleasant. The appetizers were good and the cocktails were as well. The issues related to the entrees. My husband had the green goddess salad and added ahi tuna and felt something was off with the tuna. I ordered the 7 hour brisket, which looked like canned cat food. I have never seen brisket served in perfect squares before, it was rather off-putting. The meat tasted good, but then I was up sick in the night. Something just wasn't correct with this protein, and I can't put my finger on what. Brings me no joy to complain about food, and I have typically really loved the broad ripple GT location over the years. This was my first time dining at the Carmel location, and first time for dinner. I think I'll stick to breakfast/brunch moving forward.

Came here on a Saturday on a friend's recommendation since it was our first time in Indy, and the restaurant was beautiful! It wasn't too crowded, and we were sat outside. We ordered to drink the scorpion skies with oat milk (ube latte with coconut cold foam) and an iced caramel macchiato. We also ordered a hot chocolate for our little one. Let me just say, this ube latte was probably the best one I've had, bar none. I don't think I've had one as good as this one in California. It wasn't too sweet either! The caramel macchiato was also very good, and the espresso had great flavor. The hot chocolate was huge (forgot to snap a photo) but my kid enjoyed it.My partner ordered the breakfast burrito, I got the brunch burger, and we ordered the mini cakes for the kiddo. It took a little bit for the food to come, but our server, Caroline, checked in with us periodically. The food came out fresh and hot. Our kid devoured his hotcakes; they looked like cornbread with blueberries in them, and they were fluffy! My partner was a bit disappointed in his burrito; the chorizo wasn't what he expected, and even with the salsa and cholula provided, he wished there was more flavor. It was cooked perfectly fine, it was just the lack of seasoning that did it in. The salad it was served with was dressed well. My brunch burger was great, the yolk on the egg was perfectly runny. The fries were also very crunchy and seasoned, and the spicy aioli that comes with the burger was so good! Definitely made for some amazing leftovers.I highly recommend the Scorpio Skies and the brunch burger. There are also some vegan options if needed. All in all, we'd love to come back again and try more.

The food was good as usual. It was not too busy for a Saturday brunch, but seats were limited so we had to wait a bit. I'm giving a 4 for the food, but service wasn't as great as the Mass location (maybe an off day). We barely saw our server, the host at the front wasn't friendly (we asked if we can get a table outside and we felt we were being bothersome for asking). We sat in a corner table and waited a long time for someone to show up. Other than that, everything was delicious. I had the Quinoa Breakfast Bowl + Salmon. I would definitely order it again. They have plenty of outdoor seating, but you might get better service inside. There were other outdoor diners that were waiting a long time for water and ordering.

They have juice! It's not freshly made in front of your eyes, but it's freshly bottled, which is as good as you're going to get around here. I am a masochist when it comes to juice, and I like my juice to taste "healthy" and bitter and earthy and slightly unpleasant -- like drinking a liquid salad. If you like green juices like me, then you will want to get Garden Table's Emerald Elixir, which is juiced romaine lettuce, kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, ginger, turmeric, lemon, Himalayan salt and pepper. You can't get more liquid-salad than that. It tastes nicely green and salty and peppery, and like it's doing good things to your insides. I should mention that I got my juice to go. They have a little to-go area where you can get juice, coffee and other hot beverages, and dessert. It's located at the back of the restaurant. I visited to get a bottle of juice, and also a hot chocolate (for my child) and a dessert (for my other child). My dessert-loving child got the chocolate peanut butter cake, which was very pretty and came with a side of chocolate syrup. They had one other cake option, and then some packaged Salamat cookies (a local Indy bakery). Not too many choices, but we visited in the afternoon, so maybe they have more baked goods earlier in the morning.
