Watch out if Sarah's working she's not willing to do what it takes for a sale asked to see something so I could check it out she told me I'll ha e to go a ladder an REALLY was hesitant to even really want to, if you expect to be treated good try another fye... but disgusted

It must have been a non-social day for me. No one talked to me in this store.I usually find various used DVD or Blu-Ray discs at a reasonable price. On occasion, I've bought 3D Blu-Ray packages for $19.99--cheaper than Walmart or Best Buy. It's about being in the store at the right time, though.Normally, they're rather expensive, as almost everything goes for full price. If you trade something, don't expect close to what you paid for it. They have to make money on it. You can see from the used prices that your trade-in price will be less than that.

A refreshing place to shop for Funko items compared to Gamestop from Hell and Hot Topic, which makes me want to run away (in fact I have).Quiet, nice staff, lots of stock and always clean.

Love this place new and used items. I'm shocked at how many bad reviews this place has gotten. I've had nothing but good things happen to me at this store. When I first walked in someone came up to me and asked what I was looking for and I told him. When I was checking out the guy behind the counter was super nice and and asked me how my day was and where I worked how long I work nd noticed how tired I was he told me to get some rest. Even if I don't buy anything the service is always good.

If I could give negative stars, I would. NEVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN, AND I WARN OTHERS IN DOING SO, PAY CASH ONLY. I was here recently to buy a CD when the cashier asked if I wanted to sign up for the VIP pass. I said, "No" as I rarely go to the place. I thought that was all well and good until I checked my bank account to see that the cashier HAD SIGNED ME UP WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, costing me, about 12 bucks a month for skmething i didnt even know about. I am beyond words at this point. With only my debit card, he had signed me up. Do not, do not, let these people handle your credit or debit cards. They will scam you.

I have been to this business before without any problem. They have a nice selection of movies and music. However, be warned! BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN WHEN YOU HAND THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. I was there with my young children to buy a magnet for my daughter's school locker. I am accustomed to cashiers asking me for information but my guard was down when this took place. A cashier named John tricked me into signing a receipt for permission to use my credit card information to charge me for magazine subscriptions. He made it sound as if I had won something and then had me double sign a receipt that gave permission to use my credit card information to automatically charge me for magazines that I don't care about. I called the store and complained. When I spoke to John he gave the routine and even even snickered at me for protesting his sales tactics. I have already tried to cancel the subscriptions by phone and have been told by someone overseas that I will have to wait at least two weeks before I can cancel. I was duped. Don't let it happen to you. Stop unscrupulous sales tactics!

FYE has chosen to become a weird combination of Spencer's Gifts and Thinkgeek and completely disregard those who would go there to get physical media by not obtaining the overwhelming majority of the newest releases and continuously downsizing how much they carry.

Would give 0 stars if i could. This store is a scam !! They asked if i wanted to join their free VIP thing for these magazines and stuff i told them no at first but the man was very pushy and ended up saying yes just to get him to stop. He never told me there was a charge of $12 for it , along with several other charges from Times , National Geographic and other magazine companies !!!

This store is awful. Reeks of cigarette smell anytime I ever go In there. And are very sneaky about singing up to "save 10%" off. Lady said it was 100% free and all they needed was my number and email. Not once did she mention it was actually $12 a month. As I was clicking agree on the screen I read it and asked her about it and made it seem like $12 was a lot of money and seemed shocked when I asked her to cancel. (1) that was very classist (2) she lied to me about it being 100% free until I read the agreements MYSELF! She made sure to repeat that "oh no it's not a card it's all free. No charges." Over all sneaky staff and sneaky company. Gross. This isn't the first time this has happened with this company upon further investigation.

There is a kid here that sees me once or twice a week looking for Vaulted Disney Blu Ray Diamond Editions, and he now tells me which ones he recently has gotten in and just helps me perfectly. Deserves a raise is an understatement.
