I would not recommend this gymnastics school. My husband and I called a combined 3-4 times starting Dec 1 & including today to get our son a spot in a class with friends who attend. We never received a call back to even confirm there were slots open. I decided to come early today before the class started to get him registered. I filled out all the forms to then be told the class is full and there were no other 5pm options for his age group. I would understand if this was the only contact we had made but to not return phone calls and then also let me get through the paperwork process {when I communicated what class we wanted before taking said forms} is just not okay. I got to leave with a crying child and upsetting his friend as well. Please work on your communication skills and procedures.

We've been going to weekly gymnastics class for a year now and I find that my daughter gets very little out of the time spent there. We also were attending their weekly "Fun Friday" open gym nights but that place is a mad house and not well supervised at all! When I brought up that my daughter was being bullied I was told that Fun Friday might be too rough for her!

This is a wonderful facility with a great and caring staff. I wish it was a little bit cheaper but it's a minor gripe given the great quality we're getting from them. We have our 8yr old and 4yr old son's signed up for a Winter class to keep them active during the cold months. We had initially put our 8yr old in the "Fitness" class... he did not enjoy it but stuck it out for the first class. The teacher approached us afterwards and said she felt he would better enjoy the "Gymnastics" class at the same date/time instead. It was an easy switch for us and our son couldn't be happier in his new class. It was great to see the staff want to make sure the kids are challenged but still having fun.A word on flexibility (double meaning alert!)... The teacher for our youngest son's class has been very easy to work with because of his limb difference (no fingers on his right hand). She meets his needs without making him feel different or limited... which we TRULY appreciate.I would recommend Fusion to anyone!

The only time you will be acknowledged is when you pay! Afterwards, every month when they remind you of up coming payment. The last thing and final straw is how much they enjoy training you what? I have yet get to break a sweat and learn something, two months and they will not be a third.

We joined the mommy and me class this summer and we were looking forward to running and playing. We understood our child would not be there to do back handsprings. There was a lot of sitting and seemed to be very unorganized and doing things on the fly. The class is 30 minutes and for 15 minutes of the class they had kiddos sitting while 2 at a time played on a tarp. Asking a toddler to sit never ends well when they go to this thinking it's time to run and be active. We will not be going back.

The gym space is decent size and has plenty of equipment, watching the kids higher up on the benches is perfect. This is about the only thing I liked about the place. When we used to go here two years ago they were clearly under staffed and a young teen employee watching a large group of 2-4 year olds didn't work at all. It was supposed to be two employees, but one of them would never show up or quit? The employees here all seemed clearly frustrated and not happy which carries over to how well they can teach and manage the class. The owner seemed very stand offish and treated the business as a daycare center for her daughter. The daughter would constantly cut in between classes interrupting them or being dangerous. Nobody seemed to care about this at all.For the price you pay I don't believe it is worth it for younger kids and this is why we left. The majority of the focus is on the older group and everyone else is a dollar sign, not once did I see the owner get involved with the younger kids. Maybe things have improved since then but we won't be returning. This is a shame because the facilities are really nice.

My three students, middle school thru college age, take self defense karate at Fusion & my husband and I are very impressed. The last two self defense dojo's we attended lost their Sensei due to job transfers, so we have seen how some different programs are run. Sensei Jeff has a long term record with Fusion and is very enthusiastic about teaching. He gives not only clear direction but the "why" behind it. Highly recommended.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Very little actual coaching goes on and when I asked the owner she blamed her teenage staff for it. She also said they are taught a skill at the beginning so they should know how to do it. Last time I checked 7 year olds do NOT know how to do many things when you teach them ONCE! She doesn't understand that she is understaffing for how many kids there are and that is a lot of money to spend to watch your kid flop around on mats for 40 minutes doing the same circuit and only have the teacher interact with her 3 times for a total of 10-20 seconds each time. This owner did attempt to offer me a credit to use at another time, but who wants to come back to a place like this when the policies haven't changed and the owner blames a bunch of teenaged staff members. If your teenager wants to work there, just know she throws them under the bus in a quick second! Disappointing and unprofessional!

I have had the worst of experiences here. Starting with the very beginning.. I signed up my three kids for classes and then the next day signed up my sisters daughter for two classes. Paid about $1,000. And when signing them up I told the lady at the counter that my sister would be in to sign the form for her daughter. The next week we get cornered and called liars for telling them they were family. And that we cheated them out of $20. Then what really put us over the top was that we paid to have my daughters birthday party there and without warning they were having a class. So we had to share this gym that I'm paying money to reserve with a big class. They only allow one adult out with all those kids. While I'm taking pictures a little child ran to the bars and almost gets hit by a student in class, I'm the one that gets reprimanded for this child almost getting hit. Well maybe they shouldn't have had a class when my parties going on. We came to have fun. NOT to tip toe around everyone!!!! After this session we won't be back. Don't even want to continue.......
