Foster's Catering

There is a diamond in Ivy Tech and it's name is Foster's Cafe & Catering!Warning: this meal will fill you up and knock you out! I think I hear someone order a salad, but I went straight for the heavy hitters and my stomached thanked me, for it! Fosters is usually open during weekday lunch but we got lucky and were able to stop by during the week they hosted dinner!Everything came out looking fantastic and five star! I was expecting cafe style pizza and sandwiches, but this was gourmet and professional!Lamb Ramen: amazing! Perfect balance of egg, noodle, broth and tender meat!Nachos: huge portion of chips piled with pico and cheeses!Jerk Rice: my favorite dish of the day! It was spicy and had amazing aioli that was perfect to cook the spice!Bacon Brussels: had an amazing vinaigrette and topped with Parmesan! BLT: huge pieces of pork belly with stuffed inside brioche! Cheeseburger and fries: thick cut pickles and perfectly seasoned patties with an amazing side of fresh fries. We spent $60 for all the food above and it was definitely worth it!

The food was delicious. I ordered the African Lamb Ramen and it was full of flavor. We also got Brussels sprouts, nachos, a burger, and jerk chicken fried rice. The service was amazing. Chef Foster greeted us and made the experience very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant.

They hit it out of the park every time. I have had their paw paw shrimp and grits Their BLT grilled cheese and everything taste so good!! Great customer service and very helpful when you're trying to select something

I haven't been to the brick and mortar location (it's in the Ivy Tech building at Ft. Ben) but I have had their catering twice. This food is so good. I'm super picky about Mac n cheese. Delicious. The chicken is seasoned perfectly. Juicy and plump. The pulled pork is tender and doesn't even need sauce! Green beans are loaded with sausage and chunks of tomatoes. Did I say the Mac n cheese is yummy? SOOOOO GOOD!Oh, and peach cobbler. Get ya some!!

I eat lunch at their brick and mortar location inside Ivy Tech Lawrence about once a week. The food is always fresh and delicious and Chef Brady puts a smile on my face. Make sure you follow them on Facebook to see when they have specials or if they are closed due to a catering event.I highly recommend the loaded chicken fries and the southwest bowl.

Oh my goodness! The food here is phenomenal... second trip and today we had curry chicken and naked smoked chicken and these BOMB French fries. Last time we had, what I would consider to be, the most delicious ribs in town! Try this place... they will not disappoint.
