We had the food when they were at Mercantile 37. It was always great. Same staff at the new place. My wife got an egg breakfast sandwich and a doughnut. I had an Italian lunch sandwich. We both got coffee. Food was excellent, coffee was great as well. Cost $49.00. Great service, food and coffee. Just make sure you bring your wallet/purse.

Wow! This place is great! Great donuts, great coffee, and the BEST sausage gravy I have EVER had! Service is phenomenal...staff is always happy to see you. I HIGHLY recommend!

Located where Rebellion used to be (17677 Cumberland Rd, Noblesville, IN 46060), this place is your new go-to for donuts, coffee, breakfast, lunch, and all the cozy vibes I'm a proud cake donut girly, so I can't vouch for the yeast donuts (though I hear they're amazing), but their chocolate frosted cake donuts and old-fashioned classics are perfection. Pair that with their oatmilk chai latte--slightly spicy and oh-so-satisfying--and you're in for a treat. Bonus? They've got cinnamon rolls, a solid breakfast and lunch menu, and oodles of plants to liven up your space. Don't sleep on this local gem! Check their hours and menu and show them some love. I had a cubano and it was delish! I also had an iced chai which was very good. I bought a half dozen donuts to go as well. There were only 2 working at the time and were quite busy, but managed to get the orders out very fast. Loved the plant wall which made the place homey. The decor was nice, not over done. My only problem was the huge, heavy tables that didn't move. IMO smaller, less obtrusive tables would be better. The donuts and pastries were the star of the show. ReaLly, all the food was wonderful.

Fluff is the new bakery in Noblesville that opened last week. They are in the space formerly occupied by Rebellion Donuts. The family-operated cafe has a clean, modern industrial vibe with a good amount of seating for a bakery with a walk-up counter. There were a variety of cake and yeast donuts along with sweet breads and rolls available. I tried the blueberry cake donut, raspberry lemon cake donut lemon cake donut,candy chocolate chip cookie. Of the baked goods, my favorite was the lemon donut. It wasn't too sweet with the light icing. The raspberry lemon donut is a lemon donut with sweet raspberry icing. It was just too sweet for me. I would describe the blueberry donut as the top part of a blueberry muffin topped with light icing. Blueberry is not personal favorite, but it's a popular flavor in our office. The chocolate chip cookie had good flavor, but I prefer a softer, chewy cookie. Another Noblesville bakery makes my favorite chocolate chip cookie and it's gluten free, so that's a pretty high bar to beat.Since I popped in at lunchtime, I decided to try the turkey sandwich. It had a robust, smoky flavor with a hint of sweetness from the bacon jam. Delicious.Fluff will definitely be in my rotation of Noblesville bakery/cafes!

Very excited to try this place after a recommendation from a friend... Definitely did not disappoint. The ham and egg croissant had a delicious bacon jam on it to tie the whole sandwich together. Also got to try chai latte it was equally as delicious! Definitely give this place a try!

We had a warm welcome when we entered this bakery . They have a nice selection of donuts / pastries . They also have a lunch menu (which we will come back and try - looks delicious! ) . I am so happy the new owners replaced this bakery over the previous bakery . It's nice see family owned bakeries!

Good Ma & Pa donut shop! They have a variety of classics like cake and yeast donuts. As well as some fancy ones, like stuffed key lime pie. We tried the old fashion donut and the maple glazed donut. Both were good! Overall I love that the shop is clearly passionate about their donuts and their community.

The sweet chai tea latte is to die for! I'm already obsessed with this place and it's not even that expensive 10/10 recommend

Went on Sunday morning, around 9:00am there were quite a few donuts in the cases. There was an older gentleman working that checked us out. I explained how we had never been in there yet since the last donut shop, needless to say the guy didn't really care or seem to enjoy his job, rushed us to check out. Other than that, the donuts are delicious! They were still fluffy the next day as well, was very surprised. I got the iced vanilla with sprinkles and my boyfriend got the peanut butter and chocolate one. Still confused if they change flavors or if that's the set flavors, would've helped if the guy checking us out would've been a little more helpful.
