This was the FASTEST service I've had anywhere. We were sat, put in our orders, got our food, ate, and paid all within 25 minutes. The server was also friendly as well. I had the stuffed French toast with fruit and nuts. It was beautiful, but also tasty. The only thing that was less than great was the coffee seemed watered down. I never knew Flap Jacks had different locations.l but I'm glad they do. We used to go to the Madison Ave location until we had a bad experience.

This is my second time eating here in two years. Each visit, I have had cause to be in here with my Dad at breakfast time. Earlene (probably spelling this wrong) has been our server both times. The breakfast is good, but nothing noteworthy. Hot, tasty and comes out lickity split, it is just good to me, but not uniquely great. But what is noteworthy and great is Earlene. She embodies the kindness, friendliness, respect and efficiency you want to always have in wait staff. She is exceptional and after like 11 years of working there, I hope Flap Jack Pancake House knows they are lucky to have retained her. Quick to offer a refill of coffee and a kind hello to the regulars that are easy to identify (more regular than us coming once every year), she makes you very like a valued customer and appreciated. Not sure I will be in the area and back at Flap Jack's in 2025, but if I am and know Earlene is there, I will be happy to sit down and enjoy a meal.

One of the two best breakfast spots in Plainfield. The food is wholesome and always hot. The wait staff is so warm and friendly, giving amazingly caring service. The owners have recently given the restaurant a face lift, creating a warm and friendly ambiance.

5/5I drive almost 30 mins to eat at this location! I've tried other locations and they are NOT the same. I love the food and the options they have available on the menu- also very affordable. These are some of the richest pancakes I've ever tried. Service is quick and efficient - whether you're dining in or doing take out. The ambiance is your typical diner vibe. Nothing too fancy!

I absolutely love this place. The best service I've ever had. As we sat down he asked for drinks and food immediately. Definitely recommend. One of the best diners in Indiana.

Nice place in Plainfield to meet with friends. The service was fast. There was a slight crowd on Saturday morning but the food came quickly. We were seated fast. The selection was good for breakfast. We had the skillets with a side of pancakes. The price was really good and we had food to spare.
