First time coming to this new event center. Very nice venue! If you know where IKEA is then you can make it there easy. It's across the street. Check for the QR codes to pay for parking. I don't know why it's $10 to park on a surface lot right next to the building. Be sure you stay and have your license plate number. It was easy to navigate, but I had to walk back a little bit to put my plate number in. It says you can get a parking citation if you don't. It's really nice inside and has a lots of food options. I saw popcorn, nachos, smash burgers, hotdogs as the main food choices. Restrooms were easy to find and it was pretty simple to find your seat. They have a gift shop that was busy and hard to move around in. We wanted to look around more but it was really busy. Nice view of the court from our seats and Pepper the Indy Ignite mascot was all over. Although some of us wanted to get our picture with her and she bypassed us and a few others and never came back. :-( We were right next to her too. Lol The Orlando Valkyries mascot came up and we got our picture with her. Nice venue and can't wait to come back to see the Indy Fuel and Fishers Fright play.

I recently attended an Indy Fuel game at the new Fishers Event Center and it was a great opportunity to check out the venue. They also host Indy Ignite professional volleyball games and other upcoming events from well known musical artists and comedians. It's a nice option to have another major indoor location for sports, music, and entertainment. The venue itself is really nice and modern. For the game, I sat in the normal seats but I saw they have other unique seating options like standing counters and couches. I would have liked to see better concessions options personally, the snacks and drinks seemed below average to me. As other reviews have mentioned, parking at $10 feels steep for their attached surface lot but now that I know I'll just keep that in mind next time with my budget for any ticket purchase.

This is a brand new facility which just opened a few months ago- and I finally had an opportunity to watch the Indy Ignite game here. The Good: it's near the highway and easy access. If you an IKEA fan, score! The facility is clean, decent size. All the staff working there were nice and friendly. The not-so-good: as others are saying, $10 for parking. This is really the only option for this venue, unless you are willing to walk some. This is partially lack of my preparation too, but upon entering, I couldn't find any map of the place so I had to ask 3 people total before I got to my seat (which was a love seat upstairs). Lastly, I visited multiple concession stands but soft drinks options could be better. Just sugary soda, diet soda and Dasani water. If they can add stuff like seltzer water and unsweetened tea, it would cater to a bigger group of people. Getting out of the parking lot was not as painful as I imagined. However they should mark aisles of parking lots with numbers or alphabets as I saw some people having hard time locating their vehicle.

The venue itself I give a 10 out of 10. We went to see the ladies volleyball team the ignite. They're literally isn't a bad seat in the house. We were fortunate enough to be right up front though they have a food court that has all the food prepared and sitting out under heat lamps I got a hot dog and I think I might've chipped my tooth on the bun it was so hard. Then you take your order up and set it under a scanner where it scanned and you put your credit card in and then they graciously offer you the opportunity to put a tip on.

Whoever did the planning for this needs to be mentally evaluated. It's wedged between IKEA and the hub of restaurants, which seems like a good idea until you try to get there. There are 2 entrances right next to eachother and it's the only way to get in and out. It's an headache to park and an absolute nightmare to leave. And also you have to pay $10 to park in the lot that literally connected to the stadium and really your only viable option for parking. The inside is really nice with great seating and good options for food and drinks. I went to an Indy Ignite game, which was so much fun!! Great energy and a great game but the parking situation makes me never want to go to another one. Which should not be the case. An absolute failure of urban planning

I must admit I'm somewhat shocked by the negative reviews. I visited the event center for the Inaugural Ignite volleyball game. It was very busy, but we found a parking spot easily (now we had to walk, but it was still easy). At the time of entrance, I hadn't seen anything about paying to park (will visit at end of review). The center is very colorful on the outside, very modern on the inside. Food and drink options were good and reasonable. The double smashburger seemed to be a popular item and it was worth the price. The set up for volleyball seemed perfect. There are adequate restroom options. As I left, someone was handing out QR codes for parking. Again, didn't see anything by where I parked so I thought maybe we were in a free area. I found a QR code when I got home and paid at that time. Hopefully I don't experience what others did and get a bill much higher than what it should actually be. I'll know for next time though. Despite the busy lot, we got out easily.

I went to see the fuel play at the new stadium. It was a lot of fun and very well done! The food options were good - I had sliders, chicken and a veggie tray. They have a lot of drinks to choose from - great options! The chairs are comfortable, all the seats have a good view from what I could tell. The only complaint have experienced and heard from many others is leaving. There seems to be one way in and one way out. It takes a lot of patience and time to leave. Next time I'll leave early to get out.

I was very lucky to be able to go to what was close to one of the first music shows at the brand new state of the art event center in Fishers. It has great but expensive parking across the street. Note park farther away in the lot as there is only one way out. Leaving took me 45 minutes after the show. It is very nice inside and home now to the Indy Ice. There are numerous concessions around the first floor. I got a brat on a pretzle bun and a beer. Prices for food was much more reasonable that Lucas and food was a lot better too. The floor seating is extremely cramped don't buy it unless you like a stranger right up against you for 90 minutes. No leg room either and uncomfortable. View of stage was good and acoustics were excellent. I overall give it high marks and while expensive though the overall experience blows other places out if the water easily for going to shows.

What a mess. We went to our first Indy Fuel game at the new facility. Traffic in was horrible, with a back up all the way to the freeway. Made a mental note of never going to IKEA when there is any event. Once we parked, we tried to pay for parking, but the app had issues, as it would not accept the date (January 3rd). We asked the staff inside, and they said to find the posted QR code in the lot. We returned to our car, and looked everywhere, but there were no posted signs or QR codes.I went to the website again the next day, and emailed the parking company. We were told you could not pay after an event. They said we must have parked in an employee lot, but we arrived late with others and parked in the farthest north lot, as directed by the traffic police. Contacted the fuel, who directed me to the parking company, which were zero help. Shame, as we had planned on taking in future games and events, but will skip until they sort this out.
