First Watch

Boy, was this place busy the Saturday after Valentine's Day! Thankfully, we had checked in online ahead of time before heading over. We only had a brief wait before being seated, and our waitress greeted us right away.She took our order fairly quickly, but the food took forever to arrive. I checked the time from when I received the "your table is ready" text to when our food was served--it was a full 50 minutes.Fortunately, the food was good. My biscuit and gravy was a bit cold, but my husband said his food was fine and I loved my superfoods bowl!I'm hoping the slow service was just a fluke due to the holiday weekend. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a nice vibe, so we'll probably give it another chance!

We've been to the new Noblesville location 3 times now. Breakfast tacos and million dollar potatoes are good. Sadly though 2/3 visits service was horrible. (Our 2nd visit was the only time we had a great server!) Zero drinks or orders taken for a long time, zero refills, & food but no silverware twice now (had to go ask another server For some as ours disappeared and they seemed annoyed that we asked). This last visit a few weeks ago we had brick hard bacon to the point our son wouldn't touch his and we couldn't eat our million dollar potatoes because it was sooo burnt the pcs were black. And the check in online is a joke. Says 30 mins only to arrive and be told another 30 which also wasn't true and much longer. This has happened almost every visit. (Also. Please change to regular sugar on the table for coffee. The one offered is horrible)Edited to add: emailed as asked to by the business and with zero response fyi. So apparently these responses to all the numerous complaints are generic as they don't truly address them.

Service was great - as expected - at this new location in Noblesville. Everyone was super friendly and attentive.This location has a waiting room which I had not seen at other locations around here. Very comfortable there. The restaurant has non ceiling tiles so a little bit on the noisy side. If you wear a hearing aid I would not recommend coming during the busy hours due to noise. Food was great as usual. They use all organic ingredients and everything is cooked properly. Plating is also very well done. I would recommend this place for a breakfast place with a more upscale feel but decent prices. Utilize online reservations to save yourself some time and join the rewards program for a birthday BOGO.

The food was good. I would only suggest to add more salmon inside the frittata. It was good, just had a hard time tasting the salmon as it was a small piece in the middle. I also think my moms meal should of had toasted bread and not just plain bread. She said it was good also, was just needing for her bread to be toasted. The Morning Meditation Fresh Juice I ordered was delicious. It was very refreshing and very healthy. Our server was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and sweet. The restaurant was well put together, well organized, and clean. I will be back to try more of the menu!

Was about a 30 minute wait yesterday to eat here. Coffee is great as usual. Million dollar bacon was delicious. Grits were a little runny and the toast barely even toasted. Had to send the toast back but the 2nd time it was good.

Went on Sunday for my birthday. Checked in online. Got there, waited a few minutes abs was seated. The food was great. Good the million dollar bacon, the works omelette with potatoes and toast. It was delicious. I eyed the breakfast tacos as well. Gonna have go back and try those.

Very good! Food is good. Lots of interesting things to choose from. Staff is friendly! It's an open design...so it can seem a little loud. But it's not bad at all.

Amazing food and customer service. Hello was a fantastic server. The food came out fast and tasted great. The renovated building is gorgorgeous and so well done. What a great addition to Noblesville!

Absolutely loved First Watch the first 2 times we had breakfast there. Today, 30 JAN, I was disappointed. I've had the hot cocoa twice before which tasted wonderful and seemed to be made with milk. Today, it tasted like Swiss Miss made at home with water. Didn't say anything to server as he was great but husband mentioned it to cashier who said she didn't know anything was wrong. I ordered the turkey sausage biscuits and gravy. The gravy appeared to be the color and consistency of gravy you pour over Thanksgiving turkey. Not cream gravy traditionally served with biscuits. I mentioned to the server I had never seen biscuits and gravy look like that and asked if it was made with milk. He said that was how they always made it. Never having had it before, I said I'd give it a go. Maybe that was their thing. It wasn't until I looked at pictures other Yelp First Watch diners had taken of cream colored gravy served at First Watch that I realized it wasn't right. (Wish I'd taken a picture.)The biscuit and eggs were great. But I honestly didn't finish my cocoa or meal. The remainder came home uneaten. If they were out of milk or cream for cocoa and gravy, I wish they'd said something and I would have asked for something else. Don't know for sure but it sure felt like the kitchen team who opened this location late 2024 aren't there anymore.

As this was my first time at First Watch today, I was hoping for a better experience. I was very disappointed to find a hair on my plate. They did remake my food, but my family had nearly finished and enjoyed there's by the time I got mine. So, after a few bites, I took mine home to go. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer half off or any discount for the poor experience, nor did a manager come to see me.
