First Watch

Really enjoy this local First Watch. Service is always quick and my coffee cup is never left empty.Menu has all the great stuff whether you're looking for sweet, savory, traditional, or something new. Check the chalk board for rotating specials.Parking is ample and location is very good.

My wife, my daughter and i had first watch for breakfast this morning. My wife had a sandwich with egg, avocado, bacon, and a few other things. She really liked it. She got the million dollar potatoes as well, and she said they were very good.My daughter got a chocolate chip pancake with bacon. She said it was the best pancake she has ever had. It was massive too. I had a meal with eggs, toast, potatoes, and sausage. It was amazing. Simple but very good. I also ordered a blueberry muffin and i liked it very much. Our service was good. The waitress was nice, attentive, and the food came out very quickly. Overall, great experience and we will be back.

We got back from a vacation and needed to get our rental car lightly detailed before dropping it back off, but the detailing didn't open until 8 AM. It was only 7:30, so we decided to stop in at First Watch for some coffee + a hot meal. It was so nice being there that early because there were maybe only 4 other tables eating while we were there, so it was nice and quiet.Our server was very friendly and brought over an entire carafe of coffee so I could keep my cup refilled. The table was already well-stocked with creamers. We both ordered the biscuits and turkey sausage gravy with (over easy) eggs and split a large fruit bowl. The biscuits and gravy were hot, savory, and more than we could have hoped for after driving 18 hours back from Florida lol The fruit bowl was refreshing- the kiwi was a nice touch! It also had a lot of pineapple, which is my favorite.This is my second time dining in at Avon's First Watch and my husband's first. We both agreed we'd be coming back together again soon.

The service was great. I got the biscuits and gravy with eggs and potatoes. The gravy could've been a bit thicker but it all tasted fantastic. The restaurant is a little small and it was crowded when I arrived, but I only had a short wait before I was seated. Looking forward to going back.

New restaurant to the area. It was clean even though it was busy. The server was attentive. My food was hot and fresh. I typically get the same thing every time. One carrot pancake, potatoes, and a morning meditation. They aren't currently serving alcohol but hopefully, that'll change soon. I sat outside at the bar. I didn't have to wait as it was open seating.

Service was slightly slow, but loved sitting outside on the patio and the food was excellent! We also enjoyed being able to either pay at the front or pay by phone so there is no need to wait when paying for the bill.

I've been on a kick for First Watch lately thanks to their egg white breakfast turkey wrap that is fairly healthy and even better accompanied by the kale juice. I'm not one to frequent chains but First Watch does an exceptional job and I appreciate the healthier options that are available.This particular location had slower service than some of the others. It was a busy Saturday morning but it still seemed like orders were taking awhile and they were having a hard time turning tables. In the end, my wrap filled with egg, cheese, Turkey, tomato and spinach hit the spot yet again. As did the kale tonic juice (real deal- no added funny business). We'll probably stick to the W 86th location that's conveniently located a few doors down from Trader Joe's in the future.

This place is quite tasty. For breakfast it has sweet, but spicy flavors were yummy. It was a wait and we sat outside, we enjoyed it! I would certainly go again!

I so wanted to like this breakfast spot. The coffee was not tasty at all. I did get iced coffee maybe they're hot coffee is better.I thought they were known for their pancakes but honestly, I didn't think they had much flavor at all. The bacon was very good. The service was good enough, and we enjoyed sitting outside on their patio. I will definitely go back and give it another try.

Just terrible, Pancakes were rubber, the shrimp and grits were blan and how the heck do grits come out like a rubbery cake shape and texture? This was the third time now we have had bad over priced food at this location in Avon. Zero excuse, nobody was in the place, and to make food like this, just terrible quality control. I don't know, maybe if I grew up on food here in Avon this might be the style of food I'd love, but I grew up around culinary cooks and set my expectations too high probably so this was just my personal opinion at this specific location.
